Service Tim the bell hop was excellent in taking care of us on our stay last week your are very very lucking to have him Thanks TIM Our room was not ready at 4 pm check in they texted me at 5:30 said room was ready Tim had our luggage when we open the door the room was not cleaned Tim said this is not right he mention for us to ask for free parking not only did we get free parking they put us in the owners suite 2110 . Thanks David Feasel

Great location, worn out hotel Super super super great view of the ben franklin bridge. Also excellent location to touristy and non- touristy stuff including the pop-up boardwalk, and city tours. The hotel is simply sad, and so is the service. when we arrived, the outside attendant yelled at me for circling around again in the front until he learned I was a guest. Then no direction or help. Upon checking in there was one person behind the counter for eight people in line. The person was nice, but the wait was long. The room- sad. chipped wood, the internet did not work the whole trip, the dressers did not stay closed, the fridge was warm, the radio was missing knobs, the plug-in for the phones did not work. Absolutely not working. The pool is nice, as is the pool view. Cannot recommend staying here at any price

Better for car service The parking garage was complicated (more complicated for others) which caused a lot of backups and waiting to get in or out. Then a long walk from parking to the hotel. Taxi/Uber eliminates this problem

Trip to philly Great location close to the city and right next to the water. Nice people beautiful view from room. The room was on the 15th floor. Would highly recommend. Great drinks, beer on tap. Big pool and sun deck

Hilton Penn’s Landing It was ok. I really enjoyed being on the pier. My husband and I went to sit on Penn’s Landing and we were told we could not. If we are unable to sit on the pier the Hilton needs to provide a bench outside to sit
