Good, walkable location; good Loews hotel Very grateful that there was an available last minute room when we had a canceled flight. We used to live in Philadelphia, and thought this would be a good choice. We were very pleased with the comfort of the room and size of the bathroom. Hotel is 2 blocks from Reading Terminal Market, very walkable location (15-20 minute walk to Rittenhouse Square). Recommend eating at Middle Child for breakfast or lunch, 6 minute walk. Would ask for a room away from the elevator as we could hear them through the wall (with last minute reservation, we were grateful to have a room!). Room 625 is so close to the elevator that is literally not even in the carpeted hallway.

Great Stay Really good hotel. Very central, very grand open reception and bar area. Great size rooms and bathroom with large beds and tub. Very enjoyable stay with very friendly staff from the receptionist to the concierge. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Mold and pet smells 2514 Black mold at this price is simply criminal. The location to our meeting venue was great but the room I was given was less than for the price. There was a leak in the ceiling at the door with mold on the drywall. The cleanliness was also below this price standard. Given they allow pets there should be much more detail in cleaning after guest depart with their pets. The desk area carpet smelled like urine and the carpet was covered in pet hair.

Great Location and Facilities! My wife and I traveled to Philadelphia for a concert. The hotel is in the heart of the city. The location is wonderful for walking to historic sites, restaurants, and local shops. The hotel is also located two blocks from the Broad Street train, which is a 15-minute ride to the stadiums. The foyer was clean and featured a lounge and coffee shop. The check-in was fast and our room was updated. If you want to self-park, that can be a little frustrating. We parked a block away in an underground garage that was not ideal. Next time we are in Philly, we will consider staying here again.
