Will return The Hotel staff was super friendly, accommodating and helpful. I left my glasses in the room after checking out and Earlene from security was extremely kind and got my glasses back to me quickly. Will definitely return when visiting Philadelphia.

Bad experience; Poor Value for your Money I did not have a good experience with this hotel. As soon as I got my key card I really had a hard time opening the door. I had to call the desk to get someone to come up to explain how the key worked. He explained that the door won’t open unless the key was placed all the way inside the slot. Every time I left and got back to the hotel, I always struggled with the lock as it took a couple of attempts to unlock the door. The shower in my bathroom only had one tiny bottle of body wash to use for a shower, and there was no hand soap to wash your hands. If you absolutely need to stay here, bring your own body wash and soap. Check-in was not until 4 PM, but I was able to get in earlier ~3PM. There are multiple alternate hotels located on this block including a Hyatt. I would suggest prioritizing the alternate locations to book your stay. This location is not worth your trouble considering what they charge.

Great Day and Night in Philly Great vibe and perfect location to spend the night in Philly after the Bruce Springsteen concert. Good restaurants and shops within walking distance. Hope at the Front Desk was pleasant and very helpful. Room large and comfortable. Lobby modern.

VERY disappointing for a 4-star hotel We have been staying two nights at the Warwick hotel, and had booked a room on a high floor with view. Upon arrival, we did get the high floor, but no real view, so we came down to ask for another room. Rather than proposing a room of another category (at a different rate), Monica kept repeating that she could do nothing and was not willing to change us rooms, then clicked her nails on the desk and asked us if we understood English correctly. Talking to her manager did not help further, since he did not know what to do besides saying he was sorry. The room was old and stained on the walls, we did not get any shower gel, and the towels were rugged and pierced with holes. Desks and chairs were worn out, and the curtains were stained with dust. The A/C did not work for both nights that we were there, and we had to ask to get it fixed, and we did not get our room cleaned (it seems they had an issue with housekeeping). After our stay, we were charged an additional $16 per day of hidden resort fees (the hotel has no swimming pool, no gym, and no bar / restaurant).

Good guest service Good guest service I stayed at the Warwick Hotel in August 2024 . I booked the room at 4 am when I found out that my flight to Houston was cancelled and other hotels were fully booked even though I had a room at the Marriott they will not let me check in before 4 o’clock in the afternoon, therefore travelling with two kids I was, in need of a clean room and the place to sleep after 24 hours of travelling. Warwick Hotel was very prompt to offer me a room even though it was 4 am and they even helped me with a cell phone adapter as my battery was running low due to long travel and no possibilities to charge. I’m very grateful for how they treated me and they they were very welcoming and kind. The room was clean. Everything was good.
