Decent stay We stayed here for 3 nights and had a mostly positive experience. Pros: * The room was clean * Housekeeping complied with our requests each cleaning * The location is good and central to a lot of things * Elevators require keycard access, which is good for safety * Beds were comfortable * They were able to accommodate an early check in request Cons: * Housekeeping is very loud, very early in the morning. The rooms are exactly soundproof and they were shouting across the hall to one another. * Customer service was okay. Each time we stopped at the front desk, they would continue private conversations before acknowledging us. * Construction noises began early and would wake us up in the morning. I'm not if any notice was posted that the hotel would be under construction.

Business trip Second time I had stayed at this hotel for work. It has everything you need if you are on a business trip, the rooms are clean, WiFi is reliable and the location is great. However I have stayed at much better places in the past. The rooms are a little dated and tired, they could do with a revamp. Clean enough but looks like time has taken a toll on the furniture and carpets. The pool is a nice facility as is the gym, no complaints there. The lack of any food provision is a little inconvenient as you have to venture out for meals. The onsite cafe opens at 7am for coffee and they sell pastries and yogurt etc which is adequate but not exactly 4 star. There is a little shop/kiosk selling snacks and amenities 24/7 at premium prices. The on site steakhouse is decent but quite pricey for what it is. Overall it’s ok and does the basics right as a business hotel, sometimes that’s all you need.

Great location Very well located hotel close to everything you need with the added benefit of a pool - though it can be very hit and miss as to how busy it's gonna be - first use was hardly anyone about - next time it was mobbed! You can take your own food and drink providing no glass so it does become a bit of a hangout for families with young kids....great if you are one of these people not so much if you do actually want to swim. All in all a nice hotel preferable to the New York version that we travelled from.

Disappointed First off, they don’t tell you until you arrive at the hotel that there is a $55.00 per day garage parking fee. There is nowhere else to park your car and I found this daily fee outrageous. Next the garage is undergoing construction and there are loud noises you hear throughout the hotel. They don’t tell you this until you arrive at the hotel probably because you would cancel your reservation if you knew this. The room was good but there is no microwave in the room plus our toilet bowl in the bathroom was leaking. While I appreciate the hotel had a steakhouse which is very expensive, not everyone can afford their prices they should have somewhere else to go for cheaper fare. They tell you in their advertisement that there are many restaurants near the hotel which is not true you need to walk blocks to get somewhere decent and the blocks are long. They also don’t have any breakfast served in the hotel which is inconvenient, so in the morning you have to go outside the hotel and walk around to find somewhere to have breakfast, they just serve coffee I. The lobby but it isn’t free you have to pay for it. The pool was. Ice but it isn’t what the pictures portray, it’s not the cleanest. Sorry but I won’t be returning there are better places to stay.

Mixed experience I was here for a work conference in late June, 2024. Good: The staff are extremely nice. Every interaction was positive, kind, professional. The housekeepers were so kind, just great as far as kindness, friendliness. The room (double queen) was spacious, and the bathroom was nice. Great shower pressure, hot water. We enjoyed the pool area, they keep the water nice and warm. Location is great, close to a lot of great things. Bad: Room could have been cleaner. There were a lot of very dusty areas, especially this weird foot rest thing under the desk. It was really dirty, covered in dust or something, eww. Also lots of outlets that did not work in the room. The most annoying was in the bathroom, and there was just one in there, and it didn't work. Ugh. The walls were thin and we heard a lot of outside noise from the hallway. The Starbucks in the lobby was subpar, they could not even make a latte, due to broken equipment or something.
