Best experience The room was spectacular. The view was beautiful and the cleanliness was impeccable. Thanks to the whole team, especially Giannina and Andrea who looked after us and helped us with everything we needed. The hotel is super close and within walking distance of everything. Highly recommended.

Very Nice Very nice place to stay, the crew was helpful and Allen is a gentleman. The room was big and the bed very comfortable. It is near for business buildings and also walking distance to good restaurants. The gym is very nice and useful to be in movement while in the trip.

Allen the superstar Great room and clean. Hotel is in the center of the city, so you can walk around the neighbourhood easy. The service from the bagage guy Allen was phenomenal. Always smiling quick with a joke. If you ask him, he would even light up your smoke....

Great stay at the windsor Staff at the Windsor are very kind and helpful. Shoutout to Allen for his help during our stay! Thanks for helping us find our umbrella! Rooms were clean and spacious. And the view was incredible. Highly recommend a skyline suite to see the beautiful views of the city.

Good Base We stayed here for a few nights and it served its purpose on a city break. It was in a good location. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. The TV was in a good location too. The kitchenette area was pleasantly surprising with a good fridge and freezer. It also had a gas stove too. Nice touches were added such as bottles of water and washing up liquid on arrival. The lifts were quick and easy so never really hanging around. Tea and coffee available in reception in the morning which was nice. I would say the room was slightly dated. The main issue we had was with the shower. It seemed to have two temperatures - boiling hot or scalding hot. This could have been user error, but shouldn’t be that hard to have a reasonable shower. I did report to hotel on the exit survey.
