Best Atmosphere and Must book Citrus Club Room for Adults only lounge We stayed at the Arizona Biltmore for its 95th anniversary and the 4th of July. This historic 1929 hotel amazed us with its blend of timeless elegance and modern comforts. Our room was beautifully designed, and the resort offered fantastic amenities like stunning pools, a serene spa, and lovely gardens. The only thing I did not like about the room was the bathroom doors. The shower door, toilet door, and bathroom entrance door could hit each other, which was a little annoying. Dining was a delight, with both gourmet and casual options. The exceptional service and rich history make the Arizona Biltmore a perfect getaway. Also, we highly recommend to stay in Citrus Club Access Room so you can enter adults only lounge to eat breakfast, lunch, evening delights, and sweet treats hours for all day!

Paradise Pool Bar 10/10 We do a Friendscation trip to Scottsdale every year and do a pool/spa day at the Arizona Biltmore. We have had the same bartender, Missy, at the Paradise Pool for the past couple years and she is the best! She made the day so much fun and she was so friendly and gave us great drink suggestions. The food was awesome as well, we shared the Nachos and Chicken Caesar wrap, which both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back again next year!

Wonderful pool bar experience We went on our annual friend’s vacation. We really enjoyed our massages and spa experience. But what made the trip exceptional was our bartender Missy! We met her at the pool and she helped us have the best time. She made the best drinks, had great suggestions for fun shots, and was so friendly. She truly made it a 10/10 experience for us from the moment we arrived to the pool. Thanks, Missy for taking such great care of us and making our trip so amazing. See you next year!

Great Staycation! This hotel is historic and is in a beautiful setting. They have a great waterslide pool and activities for kids. This weekend was themed Christmas in July. They had a suds bubble machine meant to mimic snow. and a DJ. They also had a "Ducky race" with a prize for the winner. The pool staff were great. There is plenty of shade by the pool in the AZ heat. The main pool was a little cloudy, probably due to the bather load and sunscreen. There was a beautiful quiet, crystal clear adult pool and another very clear smaller pool away from the main area. As a Diamond member, I was upgraded by the concierge to a poolside firepit room with direct pool access. It was wonderful and much appreciated. The hotel concierge staff acknowledged my daughter's birthday with sparkling wine and even included a bottle of sparking apple cider for the kids. How sweet! and the kids loved drinking it out of champagne flutes. There was a bit of a hiccup at check in and once the room was ready, the digital key would not work. The front desk management and concierge staff owned the situation and I was very pleased and impressed with their service recovery. Thanks to them, we had a great time and a couple of very nice surprises. This was our second year for staycation there and it will be an annual event for sure! I was concerned that the switch from Waldorf to LXR would mean a decline in the level of service and attention and I was glad to see that did not happen.

We’ll see Well, it’s off to a slow start. Goldmember, booked a citrus club room and was inquiring on the Hilton Honors app with the front desk asking about when I would be able to access my digital key for my reservation and I got two different agents who took 15 minutes to respond to one of my text messages. I had to ask the question three times before I got the answer that I needed. So we shall see what happens when I get there next week
