Baymont by Wyndham Phoenix North

Baymont Phoenix needs new managment and a facelife! This hotel needs new management and a facelift. Check-in was unacceptable because the clerk was on the phone the entire time. The room had clean sheets but everything else was dirty....the floors, hair in the tub, trash on the floor and dusty. Computers weren't working when I checked out; clerk said she would email a receipt to me but I never received it. The continental breakfast was minimal. It was a very unhappy experience!

dirty. shut this place down. horrible. dont go.the rooms are filthy and stink. the sheets are dirty. the staff is careless and lazy and will lie about anything. extremely dirty. the owner is a scumbag. u r not safe in this area at all. drive past this location. fast. overpriced and overall needs to be shut down. immediately.

DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL DO NOT TRUST THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS. We booked this hotel reservation four months in advance in order to attend a concert on a Friday-Saturday in March. Although we received a confirmation that our hotel room was confirmed that week (Monday), the hotel cancelled the reservation without informing us on Thursday, the day before we were supposed to arrive. We did not find out our reservation was no longer available until we arrived at the hotel, where they then tried to tell us that we were the ones who had cancelled the reservation which was a blatant lie. The whole area was booked out, they knew that cancelling on us would allow them to secure a better rate with other customers who had waited to reserve a hotel. Their lack of service, care and common human decency was evident. They did not look for a replacement room in a nearby location nor offer to reimburse us in our efforts to find another hotel. I have never received such poor treatment from a hotel provider. Not having nice amenities is one thing (to be sure, they also don't have these)- but not being reliable enough to even provide the promised service when you confirmed days prior to arrival has lead me here to warn any other poor travelers that this hotel will cancel on you without any warning and leave you with no place to stay.

OK Stayed here for a few days and there are certain areas that need an upgrade....mainly the carpeting in the rooms. My room was not vacuumed very well and there were sticky areas. Who knows what caused that and I probably don't want to know. Also, the to go breakfast wasn't good since all they gave you was junk food and an apple. Try throwing in a yogurt or something that is at least a little bit healthy.

Wonderful location Kandice and her staff were wonderful to work with. I traveled to Phoenix 6 times from August 2021 to October 2021. Rooms were clean, loved having the mini fridge and microwave in the room. Having laundry facilities on site really helped me. Will stay here again when in town.
