Terrible, I lost everything I had and I’m here from out of town I was there for a whole week. I’m here from out of town working for my company, they pay for my hotels. The front desk didn’t bother to call me and remind me to pay. Instead they went through my belongings and kept everything they wanted and gave me back my computer and my dirty clothes. They also kept my deposit. Alex is the manager of this facility and his employers/housekeepers are the ones who told me specifically he kept my stuff after it was bagged and tagged. He denies any allegations

Avoid at all costs This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The room looked like it had been spat out of the 70s along with the fridge that kept us up all night with it's noises. The kitchen area was falling apart. The bathtub was rusted and dirty. The room itself was very dirty and we ended up with black feet by the end of our stay. There were long black hairs in the bed which didn't belong to me or my partner.

DIRTY!!!!!! Motel 6 is better than this dump! The pictures displayed is false advertisement. The rooms are horrendous, filthy when we enter the #220 it smelled like smoke there were holes on the bathroom door the bed were NOT queen size beds there was stuff on top of the ceiling the room phone did not work. We were offered another room that other room #209 just as NASTY! I asked for a REFUND was told by front desk to call Saturday 6/24/23 to speak to the General Manager at 7am I called and was told no GM is available on the weekends to call Monday 6/26/23 called Monday to speak to "Jim" called twice no answer finally later in the day I was supposedly talking to a GM which was very obnoxious, rude, not compassionate at all and hung up the phone on me twice called corporate etc. make a LONG STORY SHORT THIS PLACE NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN ASAP!!! SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE NOT THIS PLACE!!!! The employees suck as well!!

I HATED IT This is by far my WORSE stay at a hotel EVER in life. Not only were there roaches, the room is trash. I 3rd party rented the room so I got stuck on a 2 day reset very much uncomfortable and sickening.

GUESTS BEWARE We made a reservation for Tuesday Jan 24th through Friday Jan 27th 2023. We were with our 2 granddaughters (8 and 10) and needed a room for three nights. When we got into town we checked in and put the room on our debit card The room was in such poor condition that we decided not to stay. The bathtub was cracked and had been repaired several times, in the shower and bathroom tile was coming off and had come off the walls, the kitchenette stove and burners were rusty and poorly maintained, the whole room was in similar condition. We decided to find another hotel, so we checked out and didn't use the room. The front desk employee told us that we had to wait until the next day to talk with the manager. The next day the manager said that we had to pay for the whole 3 days. even though we didn't stay at all. This is just wrong, unethical and dishonest. I'm going to tell everyone I can how HOMETOWNE STUDIOS PHOENIX - DUNLAP AVE stole from us. GUESTS BEWARE.
