Avoid at all costs! I strongly advise against being deceived by the hotel's exterior appearance. Despite the seemingly attractive facade, the rooms are neglected, filthy, and reek of unpleasant odors. The worst part is the abundance of bugs crawling everywhere. After witnessing the appalling state of the room, I decided to cancel my stay immediately. During the cancellation, I was promised a refund which was supposed to be processed the next day. However, despite numerous attempts to contact the hotel over several weeks, I have yet to receive my money back. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid at all costs!

Can't think of something to say This place has gone down hill since I stayed there last year with a few friends and there dog... I will never go back The room I reserved had mini roaches, the sofa was torn up, it smelled like wet dog in the room, it used to be nice but has gone down hill

Bad neighborhood, RUDE staff, Filthy Property, FILTHY FURNITURE, Filthy ROOM,ROACHES, CIGARETTES & MARIJUANA SMOKE. STAY SOMEWHE DO NOT STAY HERE! I was traveling with my family and I saw the "deal / special" on tripadvisor. I usually check reviews but I have stayed at other "Extended stay" properties, and after quickly looking at the deceptive photos, I foolishly assumed that this peoperty would be up to the same standards. WRONG! The exterior was filthy and unkempt. The lady working the front desk was RUDE, unkempt and had a shirt that looked like it had not been washed in a week. The counter top was dirty. The room was filthy and had ROACHES! The furniture in the living room was so filthy none of us sat on the furniture. The room reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. All night we could smell the cigarettes and marijuana other guests were smoking in the rooms nearby. Bottom line, hotel management and owners should be ASHAMED! The hotel is a disgusting DUMP! All who are reading this PLEASE stay somewhere else!

Stay away, nasty filthy Filthy, disgusting, never seen a room so nasty. Room wasn’t what I had reserved over phone, the bed spread had holes and was dirty, stains everywhere on floor mattresses. STAY AWAY FROM this place

One place to avoid if you hate bugs! Welcome to the ROACH motel! Very run down and dirty. Stayed here 3years ago, pre-pandemic, and it was a great place! This time not so much. Was told the reason the TV in the bedroom was resting against the wall was because it came off the wall and brackets weren’t in yet. I read a review from 4 months ago and the person mentioned the same thing! Light switches were filthy, some switch plate covers missing and BIG problem with ROACHES! The pest control guy inspected and sprayed our room after we ran into him on the elevator and told him and it only got worse from there. We left after 3 days of what was supposed to be an 18 night stay and that was 3 nights too long! Last time I’ll ever book a hotel without reading reviews first.
