The airport hotel you want Fills the requirement for hotel airport: cheap, free WiFi, free airport shuttle, quiet, onsite food options, 24-hr convenience store, pool/hot tub. Has some of the expected wear and tear of a Hilton Hotel at the airport but everything works and is clean. Staff is pleasant and helpful.

One Night Stay, Love to come back We stayed one night at the Hilton PHX Airport & wish we could’ve stayed longer at this property. It was clean, friendly staff, nice quiet breakfast, lovely pool. It felt like a 90’s theme, what I mean is it didn’t feel too modern, it felt nostalgic in its style but not in an outdated way at all. Would love to come back here again. The airport shuttle is so quick & convenient too.

Kudos to the Airport Hilton I was hesitant to stay at an airport hotel, but was so happy we ended up at this Hilton. The staff is what made our stay special. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to the restaurant, all employees were so friendly and helpful! A breathe of fresh air. Looks like they actually enjoy their jobs. Our room was clean and comfortable, bonus... the food was really good.

Bad from start to finish Terrible from start to finish. Gave me hard time because my administrative assist reserve the room with a card in her name, charged for parking, required that I physically check out the next day. Not business friendly. Expect more from Hilton

This is a Hilton??? Unsmiling, not particularly friendly check-in. $10 a night for parking which they make you register yourself. This is a $300 room, remember. I was sent around the back of the hotel to park because I was told the entrance at the back of the building was closer to my room. Okay fine. So I park, swipe my room can you let myself in, and do you think I could find the elevators? No. No signs, no nothing. Just the first floor rooms and no way to get to the second and third floors except by stairs and I had huge bag with me. Seriously. NO INDICATION AT ALL where the elevators are. So I walk back with all my baggage to the front desk and tell then I could not find the elevators. The girl just looks at me and goes Yeah, well you can use these ones here and then walk around to your room once you get to the 3rd floor. THANKS SO MUCH. I never did find where the elevators were on the other side of the building. When I left I just lugged my bags down the stairs because there was no other option. This hotel was designed by an idiot. It literally has to be the worst Hilton on the planet.
