Not a Hilton I had to check in late and chose e-check in. The parking is $28 per night....if you don't check-in directly first, you may have to pay more and the hotel will not reimburse. The hotel is under construction, there are lots of noises happening within the hotel, the room is small and cramped feeling, the bathroom leaked every time someone from the floor above ran water, the sinks made a lot of noise every time they were turned on. The front desk was "nice/helpful" but very pretentious so I didn't want to deal with them during the situation. I paid over $300 for two nights plus parking, at a "discount". If none of that is a problem and you like to stay in a Hilton that is more like a crumby one bedroom apartment then go ahead and try it out. I didn't get a Hilton feel at all, similar to the other trashy ones I used to work at. This place needs their Hilton flag and branding taken.

Unexpected surprise in Phoenix We were extremely happy with Embassy Suites in downtown Phoenix. Friendly staff, good service, complementary beverage upon arrival from 5 to 7, complementary breakfast with made-to-order omelettes, which were very good. The bedroom was a nice size as was the living room, kitchenette had fridge, microwave, coffee station, sink, there is a desk area with a lamp with USB ports. The bathroom was clean and spacious with absorbent towels and body wash shampoo and conditioner in the shower. There is a small indoor pool and an immaculate workout room open 24 hours with wipes which, unfortunately, some hotels we’ve visited recently do not have, towels, earbuds and water station. Nothing negative to say at all. Absolutely nothing negative to say

Best get away with your amigos .! Great check in experience and very helpful with explaining the area and instructions for garage and rooms and help if needed , only thing I’ve notice is they won’t really treat with the most respect if you’re younger looking and you have you’re friends . The older shorter African man working nights with the comb over was rude when we bought food from the little item shop in the hotel . Overall great experience with the best breakfast/dinner provided. And did I forget to say complementary drinks .?( 2 per day , rum and sprite is the best _) and a good location for about anything .! Will definitely be back soon!!! And yes with my friends

Deceptive advertising The Hotel website is deceitful. They show rooms you will receive, but that’s not the room when you arrive. . At least that’s what happened during my stay. The pictures of the bathroom online did not represent the accurate room. They do not show the picture of the door in their photo on their website. But there’s clearly adore that blocks your entrance to the sink and there’s only a quarter of an inch clearance between the door and the toilet when you swing the door closed to reach the sink. I can’t believe this is actually legal! I was injured, and it was during my son‘s graduation from college. I was in so much pain and the hotel management are liars and could care less.

Not for gay and lesbian visitors Very happy with room and checkin experience. However, the lady working at the bar on Saturday, May 18th refused to serve us as a gay couple. When we sat down and ordered drinks, I had accidentally spilt my plastic cup of water. We sat and waited and drinks never came. Finally we left the bar and went front desk to complain. They resolved the issue and provided our drinks. As a gay couple, I felt discriminated with this experience and would not recommend this hotel to other gays and lesbians. As a Hilton Honors member, corporate should investigate. Will choose a more gay friendly hotel next time.
