Great stay! I always enjoy my stay at the Green Tree Hotel. Starting with the Great staff always welcoming greeting you as you arrive to the front desk to check in. Always fast service. Any special requests you may need during your stay the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate your request as best as they can. Rooms are always clean smell GOOD plenty of towels and always extra linen available.

Comfortable beds, loud A/C The Queen size beds and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower had worked nicely. The only downside was the very load air conditioning unit. Hotel breakfast was good with eggs sausage muffins and waffles. The hotel parking lot was a little sketchy with a couple homeless people around.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds Staff was very friendly, hotel rooms were clean. Would have given 5 stars but the surrounding area was infested with drug addicted homeless. Fitness room was good , pool was clean and cool. Great place if you aren’t planning to go outside your room or the hotel, Phoenix heat is unbearable,

great experience! overall it was a really good experience, the hotel is really nice and well maintained, the room had a lot of space and the bed was super comfy, it was also very clean, and everything worked well, also, the staff was really helpful and friendly, it's really close to talking stick resort amphiteater, like a 6 minutes ride, the area has a lot of food options nearby, the only thing is that there's a lot of homeless people in the area wich can make you feel a little insecure, but the hotel closes the lobby door at 9 pm and you can open it with your room key or by ringing a bell with a camera in it, also has a parking security guard wich make fell much more comfortable about leaving your car ther at night, we'll be back to this hotel when we go to Phoenix again.

King suites The spa bath was wonderful. The space was great. I love the balconies. The desk personnel is wonderful. The early morning breakfast is good. The only thing is the restaurant and bar should be open there is a pool table not in use at least it should be open in the evening time
