Excellent hotel Very nice hotel. Clean and walking distance to many things. Room was not ready but didn’t wait long. No welcome gift for being a Hyatt member. Most places have that and have flavored water in lobby. Other than that it was perfect. Those things were minor and did not affect my stay but I noticed that they did not acknowledge members like other hotels.

Clean rooms, good food and nice bar/restaurant outside. Also good clean work-out room. Clean and comfortable bedding, good customer service. Our room view was not that exciting though. We were on the 16th floor and our view was the top of a roof. Also, the bed didn't face the tv. There was no outlet where the long size mirror was. There could've been a mirror above the desk. And one of the side tables didn't have an outlet.

Female solo traveler felt safe here I picked this hotel because I love Hyatt. It has class and quality. It has an open concept lobby and is very modern and beautiful. The bar is nice and has good food. There are lots of food options for breakfast. The room is very big. The bellman were very helpful is advising me where to walk. I went to the pool twice but did not swim. Overall, I was very pleased with this hotel.

Treat Yourself...It's worth it! My wife and I were in town for one night only and decided to treat ourselves to a little bit of luxury at an affordable price. The minute we walked in we know we'd won the lottery. The staff was incredible, front desk people were attentive to our needs (we even got to witness an internal staff award ceremony for customer service and they were all so happy for the recipient). The room was top notch and the sunrise view from the top of building was unparallelled. Drinks before dinner at the indoor/outdoor bar felt very upscale. And the cherry on top was the amazing food and staff at The Compass restaurant. I'd come back to Phoenix JUST to stay here. Sounds like hyperbole, but it's true. I have a hard time imagining anyone could have a different experience than the one we had...everyone should expect this. It just seems to be in the DNA of this great hotel.

Way overpriced I was stuck on my floor for 30 minutes because the elevators stopped working. There was no map to locate stairs. THEN, the receptionist gave 0 care or concern to my situation. The breakfast situation was convenient, but bad and equally overpriced for what it is.
