Got to play the game is this Blood We checked in yesterday. Went to the room and we got to play The Game. Is it blood or paint? Thankfully, I believe it was just paint. Room was disgusting and bed was not made. And to toilet paper in the bathroom We ended up Going Out and decided not to stay at the Motel. Came back later that night to get our stuff. So the room went unused. I did not ask for a Refund, because we left our stuff in there for a few hours but very disappointed. Probably the worst rooms i've ever seen in a Motel.

Stay Away! Unless you need illegal drugs, cockroaches or a hooker(s), stay away from this 1/2 star hotel! Amazingly Discourteous and Impolite Front Desk Person . . . armed security guard with flak jacket available to settle guest disputes twenty-four (24) hours/day. Phoenix Police Department notified of possible methamphetamine distribution center. They advised me only hotel management could request an investigation. I paid in advance by credit card. Upon arrival at the hotel I was told not to enter the front desk area. I was then told after being greeted by one of the "friendly" cockroaches in the lobby who inspected my bags that the hotel computer was "DOWN" and a minimum cash payment would be required to obtain a room. The Front Desk Person then informed me that I could "just get in my taxi and leave" after he assured the armed security guard not to worry about the female guest with the blonde hair who was soliciting around the property.

Don't waste your time. I don't want to waste my time bad mouthing this place but feel free to look at my pics. Front desk wasn't real customer friendly but I got the feel she may have been overworked. If you're going to pay $60 here, do yourself a favor and add a few more dollars to that and get something better.

Not the worst but far from the best We were traveling through on a camping trip and the weather was threatening to turn bad so we opted for a cheap motel room for the night. Having had moderate success with Knight's Inns in other areas we opted for this one. "Cheap" doesn't apply to the price. I've paid less for better places. There's no breakfast, no fridge, no microwave. The television is an old tube model television, and we had to get the remote from the office with strict instructions to return it when we check out. The cable kept freezing, suggesting it's either satellite or digital antenna. The Wi-Fi kept cutting out and running slow. I made sure to make a reservation before arrival. When we checked in it was just after 3pm. The desk clerk was friendly enough but was having trouble finding a room that had yet been cleaned and prepared. Some of the rooms had just had the carpets cleaned so the carpet was still damp, but since none of the other rooms were apparently ready so we were given one of the ones with damp carpet. Not a big problem since we tend to run around in bare feet whenever possible. The problem is that the room was completely stripped down for cleaning: no sheets, no towels, trash was still full. I went to the office and informed the clerk, who moved us to another room. While this one was "prepared" it was only just. The bed was made. We had two bath towels and a wash cloth. No hand towel, no bath mat, no hangers. It was marked as "Non-Smoking" but smelled of smoke. One bedside light didn't have a bulb in it.There was a spot in the wall above the a/c unit that was either from someone hitting it or water damage and was poorly repaired. In all, it looks like it once was a decent place and at various times someone has tried to put money back into it but not enough and not consistently. Perhaps they're in an up-swing right now and will actually make some improvements. For now, though, it's not worth the $50 plus costs that we paid. If you only need a bed, this will do. If you're looking for anything more, I'd pass.

Dis-gust-ing For some reason I’ve stayed here multiple times with the same unsatisfactory service. This establishment should be demolished. Roaches, filthy rooms, bad plumbing, desolate location. My last room was “ upgraded” because of awful prior stays. Talked with manager and was offered a “deep” discount. I was pleased with our conversation. Manager was never on duty to give discount. When I did catch up I got a $5 break. The suite i was given had used kotex shoved in the area under the sink where kleneex is suppose to be. Probably because there were no trashcans. There were no towels, in the dresser there were dirty sheets that had some sort of human waste on them. One bed had one pillow. That was LAST straw for me. Both the manager and I agreed that I should not stay there again. Avoid AT ALL COST!!!!
