Nice Place This property is relatively easy to find and has plenty of parking. The decor both in the public areas and rooms is very modern and well kept. Check In was easy. The breakfast is suitable. The workout room has the essentials and everything seemed to work well.

keep looking don't stop here,, it's too noisy to sleep,, room smelled,, breakfast was good, the only really bright spot, a band was playing all night until 2 am,, and not even playing well. look elsewhere, you will be glad you did

Roomy and clean Typical of the places we've stayed at. The bad: had a room door that was horrible. Constantly had to use our shoulder to 'bust in' the door! Made several complaints and was told "that door does stick a bit". Every morning someone was smoking their nasty skunk weed that could be smelled throughout the whole floor; was quite nauseating!! The good: was the room size. We had a 2 Queen Suite, strange setup ~ 2 actual bedrooms! The master was quite large with access to the bathroom (another bathroom door was in the *hallway*. Each room had a ceiling fan, a first I've seen wish others would follow! Unfortunately only the master room worked (the other room didn't even have any pull cords). The bathroom was roomy with an exhaust fan which helped remove the skunk smell. Hotels are notorious for having crappy bathroom lighting, you know how hard it is to put makeup on???? The morning breakfasts were wonderful! Monday ~ french toast sticks, plain waffles, sausage, the usual dry cereals, muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, coffee and juices. Tue ~ blueberry and plain waffles, biscuits and gravy and the usual. Wed ~ scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, chocolate and plain waffles and the usual. While the location was close to a lot of things, the traffic was terrible!

Foo Fighters Concert Stay Hotel was in the right place for the right price. Accomdations were clean. Breakfast was average. Bathroom shower could use some work, but otherwise great for the price. Great location for Talking Stick Amplitheater.
