Never again. Time share guy is obnoxious and Garrulous The bathroom stunk and when I opened the door to take a shower, I realized the stench was coming from the drain. Whole room needs upgrading. Could hear lots of noises all night long and doors slamming. Very disappointed. Sales team is obnoxious.

Great location and property but there are issues... I stayed at this property for two weeks in February. Pro's... Location was great. Room and property was very nice Con's... The rules are not enforced. --Many guests had dog's (not service dogs) and openly walked them around the property without anyone saying anything. --Several guests smoking openly in the pool area. My biggest gripe with this property is I attended a presentation in exchange for a RCI Exchange credit but after a month of run around's, I have yet to receive the credit. I contacted the resort several times and they said they would resolve the issue but now they will not respond. I even stopped back at the property and they said "they can see the problem and that it should be fixed." They will not respond to voicemails or text messages. FRUSTRATING....

Sleepless in Phoenix Sleepless in Phoenix The resort was in good condition , rooms clean and well furnished. Two complaints , the walls between the units are like paper. I could hear the people in the adjacent unit watching TV, talking , making breakfast , drinking coffee etc. I did not have to get up early on this trip but for 4 days , I was woken up when the couple next to me woke up - 6 AM It was really annoying . The other thing is there is not enough parking so if you don't get to a spot early in the day you might end up parking 1/4 mile away from your unit .

5* Customer Service and great resortotel We originally reserved this beautiful resort for three days and asked Cheyenne at the front desk if we can stay an extra three days. We were very impressed with her Customer service during our stay. Cheyenne was able to arrange for us to stay an additional three days. We really enjoyed our newly renovated suite, the huge pool, etc. We suggest you book this resort ahead of time because they are very busy. Mike and Linda W. Burlington, Ontario CANADA

Solo trip to Phoenix Overall it's a great resort! You need a car! It's very large and lots of walking. No elevators so stairs could be an issue so If you are elderly I would recommend a main floor unit!
