Late Night Inconveniences I had requested a late check-in and the person was unpleasant. Wasn’t rude just not welcoming. Had to look at the key holder to know the room number. Booked three guests was leaving early, the room had one towel. I, called then waited for them.

Would stay here again Clean and quiet. Friendly and professional employees. Was personally texted to see if we needed anything. Needed luggage rack and one was brought right to us. Nice choice of sunny or shady area of outside pool. Reliable and safe (with seatbelts) airport shuttle.

I told myself I would come here again Everywhere I went was very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The shuttle from and to the airport was always on time. The drivers were helpful and friendly. I like that the hotel was near the airport

The gift of long lost wonderful customer service Me, my son and my grandson were stranded in Phoenix Arizona because my son had a seizure at the airport I had no car seat for my grandson to be able to take uber The staff at this hotel were so awesome they took me to CVS twice to get diapers for my grandson and medication for my son They were so helpful in every way They turned a horrible experience into something tolerable

Anywhere but here This is the airport hotel the airlines send people when they miss their flights, homeless everywhere outside, taxi service is 90 minutes away, nothing within walking distance, front desk people are less than helpful, it like they actively go out of their way not to help.
