All around great experience Suites are very spacious, sparkling clean, and lack nothing. It was great to have a terrace, and the mattresses are super comfy. The pools and the (multiple) lobbies are gorgeous. Dave Richardson, the manager is very helpful and friendly.

The pool is awesome! The pool/waterpark is what makes this hotel, and it is an awesome value for the price. My kids loved it and asked to stay longer because of the fun/relaxing lazy river. There is also lots of pool volleyball and good pool service for drinks/food. We came twice in March and April. First, with a day pass during a sports trip to Phoenix. We came back for another trip in April and stayed 4 nights. Rooms were dated, but clean and large enough for family of 4. My daughter’s soccer team got day passes and when it rained they gave us a pool cabana for no charge.

Hassan was AMAZING! The room was nice and comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating but Hassan made our visit! He was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. He took us all over the property with a golf cart because my husband is recovering from a stroke and was having some mobility issues. He made suggestions for food and even allowed us to park in a zone we shouldn’t have because the handicap spots were occupied.

Hassan Rocks!! We stopped at the front desk for direction about a hike nearby. Hassan overheard us talking to the front desk attendant and offered his suggestions for a hike just up the road. Rather than just send us off to find it on our own, he offered to give us a scenic ride on the golf cart. We had a wonderful chat along the way and the he dropped us off at the trail head and made sure we knew exactly how to get back. What an awesome way to start our trip. Thank you, Hassan! You are people focused and want to make sure folks have an excellent experience! A 5 star experience for sure!!

Hassan Review Hassan was such a great help in finding a hike for us to do. Was so kind and ready to help! He drove us all the way to the head of the trail and was engaging the entire ride. Very great example of great customer service! He was very helpful and attentive.
