Great airport hotel Great airport hotel - all th3 staff bend over backwards to be helpful. Thry have a shuttle, are far enough awat from the airport to be quiet. Breakfast buffet is pricey but good. Brian, Desire and Leslie are true assets to the hotel. I'd stay here again

Don't Go there! The guy working at the front counter acted like a Thug. I checked in and even thought I was paying 132.97 for a room, there was no breakfast...per the clerk (thug) at the counter!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, so I may have had a bit of an attitude by this point. Well when we got to our room #436, the room was clean and in whta appeared to be in good order....except that it was really cold! I noticed that the thermostat said the room was 75 degrees....NOT! It felt more like 55!? So we left and went to dinner, when we got back, the room temp was like....well you could hang meat in there! I called the front desk and and the guy got all up in my face demanding that I respect him...(When I was growing up, I was taught that respect was earned!) So he put me on hold and after a bit, I realized that he wasn't coming back, so I got dressed and went to the desk...He was in the back room yucking it up with his buddies! Bottom line I told him that I wanted a different room, and was told NO....I told him he was supposed to provide me a room….afterall I had paid for it!!! The clerk told me, he was putting me out of his hotel for not showing him respect!!! As I was packing and getting my wife out of bed and dressed so we could leave, another employee told me that this guy was like a loose cannon! We were the 3rd couple he had thrown out that day!!! I asked the guys name so I would know who threw me out, and so I could complain, the person told me it was Mendoza. When I called to complain to corporate, I found that, that particular Raddison was not owned by Mariott, but that it is a franchise of Choice Hotels…Choice told me that it was a privately owned property!? Long story told Priceline gave me my $$$ Back!

Starting our tour of the Southwest. Nice place to start. The Raddison is a nice reasonably priced hotel near the airport. But we never heard a plane. Eating was acceptable but not gourmet. Small lounge with a nice selection. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. We will stay there again.

Not clean I've stayed at this hotel many times over the last several years for work. It's convenient to the airport, but has gotten worse and worse with each stay. My co-workers agree this is our last stay and we'll find a nicer hotel for next time. I had to immediately switch rooms two times because they weren't clean (bed unmade/slept it, towels all over the floor when I entered the room). The front desk person was nice about it, but said it's a common issue. It made me concerned that even the room I eventually got that looked clean really wasn't....
