It is in my top three of the resorts I have been to in Scottsdale/Phoenix The pool is nice and cool for the summer. They have a chiller on it so it doesn’t get warm. The grounds are beautiful make sure you walk around and go in areas to may think are off limits. The spa is wonderful. We had massages two days in a row, make sure you get David. The restaurant is delicious however our waitress wrote in her own tip as a service charge and didn’t tell us it was her tip she was tipped 40% but once we realized the mistake they quickly fixed it. They gave me a box of macaroons for my birthday. It’s by far a more intimate place than most of the resorts in Scottsdale.

Beautiful resort always Have been visiting here almost every year, very beautiful resort with a nice pool. The summer is a bit too hot but still enjoy spending the evening in the pool, the price in the summer is also quite attractive. Except the accidental charge of mini bar fee that they addressed immediately once I emailed them, everything else is still awesome!

Charged $150 Pet Fee Even Though We Had No Pet Miscommunication happens, but when were charged a $150 pet fee for the trip when we didn't have a pet, that was not professional. When I asked to have the fee removed as there was no animal on our trip, I was refused. About 9 hours later after I returned home to another state, the hotel called to inform me that I had a pet on the trip and that's why I was charged. I informed them again that I did not have a pet and asked if they checked with the repair guy who entered our room. I was only informed that housekeeping "saw a dog". The fee was eventually removed after this phone call, but it took some time, and it was inappropriate that the fee wasn't removed or addressed while I was on site at the hotel.
