Newly remodeled - not ready for prime time Check-in had 28 people in line large convention crowd checking in, use the app to check in and get key to room. App key is slow and hard to use. There are a lot of no's. No pool, no executive lounge, no restaurant, no upgrades for Bonvoy. Breakfast is grab and go long lines starting 6:00 a.m. At the bar in the evening very friendly staff at the desk doing the best I can staff at the grab and go doing the best they can. Like most large hotels these days not enough help, if and when to get the amenities opened back up this will be a gorgeous hotel. The room was comfortable, quiet well appointed.

Weekend stay We went for a weekend stay the hotel was newly remodeled and had excellent service. Hotel was clean and service was great! If you do ever visit the hotel make sure to ask for Liz at the bar. She was especially great And will make you feel at home. She will make you the best drinks from her specialty coffee drinks to the best old fashion you’ve ever had!

Weekend stay This hotel was amazing and newly remodeled. We visited the bar and Liz the barista made us drinks that were the BEST old fashions we had ever had and a coffee drink that started off our day with a smile! Great customer service from everyone but Liz really stood she was super friendly, great customer service and just a pleasure. More people need to be like Liz! We really enjoyed her and will definitely be back!

Great Downtown Phoenix Alternative Sheraton Phoenix Downtown 4/5 Pleasing The Sheraton is a beautiful, clean, safe property. Since the pandemic there have been wonderful improvements: the new longe is huge with many spots where one can sit quietly alone, romantically talk with someone huddle with a group new people you have met at the convention. The bar is large well-stocked and has sports tv viewing. The rooms are also nice—roomy, good views.

Great Hotel Newly renovated with large TVs, a mini fridge, comfortable bed, and amazing shower stalls. Plenty of plugs in room and usbs as well. Megan at the front desk was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Many coffee shops, restaurants, and a movie theater across the street. Always a pleasure staying here.
