Management is running a scam, there is no guarantee that you'll get the room even your booking has been confirmed. Management at this place is running a scam, if they need a room they will take your room and give it to someone else, even if your booking for the room has already been confirmed I booked 2 nights at this hotel through Booking.com. Service was lousy, no one was at the hotel and it was impossible to reach management regarding any problems. Safety was a great concern for me since there was no one present there at night. Kiteville/ French Creek Inn management lied to me about not getting paid for my stay there. Booking.com confirmed my payment. They gave my room to someone else even though my booking was confirmed, and my card was charged $192.00. Management at this hotel is running a scam. Guests need to be warned about this.

ok to stay it looks clean, has a table and 2 chair in the room, but only 2 sets of towel for 4-ppl room, but you can ask for more towels if you needed, there is fridge with freezer compartment, the fan in the toilet is noisy, they provided light breakfast only when we went there in Aug 2022, not sure if it has improved in 2023

bad deal all the way around stayed there 4/24/2023-4/28/2023 first morning was told no breakfast because they were new owners even though i looked it up online and it still said free breakfast. came back from day out to find room had not been cleaned or beds made. asked about it on the second day and was told that the rooms would be cleaned on Friday. that would be four days without clean sheets or any cleaning at all. ice machine was broken, had to ask for towels twice. upon cheecking out found the bill was jacked up by at least 150 dollars. would not stay there again on a bet. could have stayed at much nicer hotel for less

No frills. Good for overnight. Other reviews I had read on French Creek Inn made it sound so very awful! I had wondered if I should cancel our reservation, but it turned out to be fine. It was clean though it could definitely use a facelift. The free breakfast consisted of coffee, tea, packaged oatmeal and mini muffins. We went out for breakfast. The staff was friendly enough.

Would not stay there again! Room 104 problems. The TV was not working properly (screen kept going to search mode ). Toilet tank had a drip, so toilet would flush periodically through the night. Fan in the extremely small bathroom should be replaced . . . extremely noisy and rattles. Tub/shower needs complete updating. The staff was friendly . . .
