Nice hotel but needs security. We stayed at the 500 building, we had no interaction with a reception person. It was all done by phone/text. The building's front door was open to everyone. Absolutely no security of any kind and anyone can just walk in. The front door should have a entry code to get in. The room was a king studio. It was nice, spacious and very functional for a couple nights stay. Room cleaning was not offered, and coffee was not replenished for the next day. If you want more coffee pods you have to pay for it. We had a problem with the patio door locking by the handle. It was fortunate that we were on the upper level. Did not appreciate having a joint balcony. In October not so much a issue as it was cold so doors stayed closed but in the summer there would be voices heard from the attached balcony. All in all we enjoyed the room itself but there is room for improvement on offering a safer environment for the guests.

Shared noisy terrace, non-functional fireplace PROS: Clean, easily accessible, close to amenities CONS: Noisy, shared terrace "mountain view" rooms are near a busy intersection, you hears cars all day Even though the concierge was wearing a sweater, the gas fireplace wasn't available for use Took an hour to find a solution to a non-functioning bathtub drain Doors are sticking and difficult to open/close

Good stay with a few exceptions I have stayed at the hotel from October 14 the 31st. No issues with the room, I had a king bed studio. I did have issues connecting to Wi-Fi as my computer could not detect an IP address. Other issue is no security available on site. I had a couple run-ins with some shady guests. Did not feel safe. There is no one at the reception from midnight until 8:30 AM. On weekends issues with people partying, yelling and noises. I had only one room refresh due to "COVID-19"? Staircase and elevator not the cleanest. If I have to come back in the area I'm not sure I would stay here again unless there was security on site.

Good value It is good value, very basic hotel, the room was small, it is not comfortable using the kitchen Te with the cooking appliances provided because the appliances are kept in the wardrobe... not functional.
