LOVE this hotel Our absolutely favorite hotel. We wish we could stay here everywhere we travel. The rooms are comfy and peaceful. Breakfast never disappoints. We have plenty of room to spread out with our large group. We have stayed twice and this will continue to be our go-to place for pigeon forge.

The 4 & 5 star reviews have to be fake!!! How? How is this place rated this high and has a traveler award?? Only thing I can think of was that the owner paid a service to review them. This place was beyond disgusting. Yes it was renovated but the room we stayed in, first floor king with jacuzzi, was disgusting even though new floors and curtains were put in. The TVs are not smart TVs and the picture was horrible. The room was DIRTY!!! If we weren’t so tired and didn’t have reservations for the Titanic museum I would’ve demanded our money back and kept driving. The jacuzzi had hair in it and was just gross! The pictures of the pull out couch and nasty, disgusting rug is enough to make you not want to take off your shoes and lay a sheet to sit on!! None of us could sleep because we kept feeling itchy all night. My daughter walked in the room at 2:36AM and said she was getting bit by something. I checked the pull out and didn’t see anything but I had the SAME feeling in the king bed. The morning breakfast was so gross my kids would only have toast and cereal. I couldn’t even drink the tar in my cup that was supposed to be coffee. They should be ashamed to even have a TIP JAR out!!! I made the kids scrub themselves in the shower and wait for me in the car and not touch anything else. Our clothes are in a plastic bag ready to be thrown in a HOT WASH and dryer! I’m so grossed out. My husband said, why would you book this place and I said it had 4.5 stars and we paid $196 for one night!!! there is no way these are real reviews left on here. You couldn’t pay me to stay here again!!

Nice room but hard beds We booked a king suite with a separate bedroom and the room was really nice with a full kitchen, sofa bed in the living room area and a huge bathroom but the shower was lacking. It had a good hot breakfast with several options. My only complaint is the bed, it was rock hard. I felt like I was sleeping on a stone slab and the pillows weren't much better. If they would upgrade their mattresses and pillows, this would get a 5 star review from me. Even with the hard bed, I would still stay here again because everything else was good

Excellent Suite Hotel Choice in Pigeon Forge All Season Suites was exactly what we were looking for in our stay at Pigeon Forge. We stayed in a one bedroom suite that was clean, well-organized space with kitchen, separate living room and small, but quite comfortable, dining area. Daily hot breakfast was very good, and daily maid service was included, a nice touch since many suite type hotels do not have daily service. The location is ideal at the South end of Pigeon Forge allowing you to drive to the Great Smokey National Park while avoiding much of the traffic of the Parkway. Parking was easily accessible from the rooms. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again in a future visit to the area.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! TERRIBLE SERVICE & MESSY ROOMS!! This place overcharges for an outdated messy room. Chipped paint everywhere, flickering lights. Also hair and dirt in the tub, taped up shower head, stained comforter and sheets, which is very concerning during a pandemic, it’s like they just sprayed disinfectant spray in the room and called it clean. Not to mention the front desk clerk was a complete jerk when we complained about the shower!! Also, they placed my family next to side entrance where several people were smoking and then had the nerve to charge me a ridiculously high fee (more than what it costs for a 2 night’s stay) for “smoking in the room”. I DON’T EVEN SMOKE!! When asked to speak to owner, the clerk lied and said he would have him call back immediately but no call back. After calling over and over again and being hung up on several times, finally got to speak to owner and he was extremely rude and refused to refund me for a charge he openly admitted he couldn’t prove!! These guys are scam artists, PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK ELSEWHERE!! Super 8 and Econolodge are 10x better!!
