Simply Top Notch We checked in quickly and went to our room on the fourth floor. The room was very clean. The only glitch during the three-day stay was the remote on the TV wasn’t doing anything. It didn’t turn on the TV and when the TV was manually turned on, nothing happened. A man with a non-functioning remote is not a pretty sight. But the lady at the front desk knew immediately that it needed batteries. Voila, everything worked perfectly. This Comfort Inn was located almost across the street from the Dolly Parton Stampede and very close to a very busy Texas Roadhouse and Cracker Barrel along with a Denny’s right next door and several fast food restaurants nearby. The hotel’s breakfast was OK but nothing special. I would definitely stay there again.

Location, location, location Location, location, location! The location is so close to the national Park. We went with our grandson and had a great time. We had just a simple hotel room, but very clean and spacious. We liked the balcony, TV, Internet, in-room coffee, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, refrigerator, and microwave. The beds were very comfortable. We thought their hot breakfast was excellent. The orange juice was fresh and tasted like fresh squeezed!

Nice balcony view We were very pleased with this hotel. We loved having a balcony with mountain view. We enjoyed sitting out there and enjoying the spring weather and views. The room was clean, the front desk employee was efficient and pleasant and the breakfast staff were always pleasant and kept the food filled. It is usual standard hotel breakfast but it was good.

Hotel is a dumpster This place is a complete dumpster it was rated a 4.3 stars but that is a complete lie maybe a 1 star at best I reported the condition of the hotel to choice where I booked it and they wouldn't even back me up so I won't be booking any other hotels associated with Choice hotels in the future very poor customer service

Front desk person at check in very personable Had a reservation for Tomorrow,but arrived a day early, front desk male,went out of his way to help. The hotel layout is odd,but our room was of the street so NO NOISE,,parking is a bit sparse, could have used the handicapped parking but it appears they are being repainted.,the room was clean but could use some ambiance.Before we left to get something to eat, I mentioned the tv wand wasn’t working,and it was promptly fixed..they did allow us the same room instead of moving tomorrow..
