Scam! Beware! Scam! Beware! Charged $260 cancellation fee even though I cancelled by the deadline. I was planning to stay here again in the future, but I will NEVER do business with this hotel again! It's impossible to reach a human at their front desk phone number. A recording gives you two extension options, but when you press the options, a recording tells you that the extension is not valid and that there is no voice mail. Try calling them and see for yourself how bad their service is.

GROSS and unsafe I booked and paid for 2 nights, but left after 1 night. Stains on bed, carpet, and pillows. Don't pull the comforter off the bed, you won't like what you see! MOLDY, musty smells that will make you sick. Slept with my clothes on, with my mouth and nose covered. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! The health department should be notified!!!

Needs Improvement First off, interacting with the staff was no problem. However, when we stepped on the elevator it needed cleaning. Next, upon reaching the floor of our room, there was a stuffy, thick, musty odor throughout the entire floor. The smell was so strong, it was disgusting and made me feel very uncomfortable. Needless to say, the smell was also in our room. There were large stains in the carpet throughout the floor. Thank goodness we only needed this place for one night. I’m in my timeshare place as I’m writing this review, and it’s so refreshing to be in a wonderful, clean and inviting atmosphere (no musty odor or stains)! Additionally, like the one previous review, the water temperature for the shower was extremely hot, and there was no middle adjustment on the knob to cool it down. I had to wash up via the sink. Lastly, this is one place I do not recommend , and we will not be returning here!!

Room was 100% not made for a handicapped person. 1. The bathroom door was so small that neither my husband’s wheelchair nor his walker would fit through the door. 2. There was no railing at all. I had to buy a shower seat to put in the bath tub so my husband could take a shower. The only rod in the shower was pushed through the plastic shower walls and not attached the real wall behind the plastic shower wall at all. It looked like someone had broken it before. 3. I had to set up his walker over the toilet seat so he could use the bathroom and not fall. The toilet paper holder looked like someone had broken it off before. 4. The bathroom itself was so small I had to stand up over the toilet to be able to close the door, so we had the leave the door open every time my husbands used the bathroom or took a bath, otherwise he could not get out of the bathroom. Everyone would have a very hard time using that bathroom. In my opinion, it is just a matter time before someone falls or gets hurt. 5. The sink was not in the bathroom at all. It was in the corner next to the main door. 6. There was not enough room between the beds and the TV stand to move a wheelchair around. His walker just barley fits. 7. Nor was there room between the beds to fit the wheelchair. 8. Of the 6 days we were there they only cleaned the room and made the beds once. 9. They only gave us 3 towels for 4 people. The towels were very small. Just a little bit bigger than a hand towel. 10. The toilet paper was almost empty when we got there. So, we asked for more. They told us housekeeping would bring us some more towels and paper. They showed up the next day after 3 pm with 1 roll of paper and no extra towels. They did not refill it the rest of the week. We had to buy some ourselves. 11. They had a small bed in the window seal for kids. I would not let my child sleep there. 12. We had to the leave the air on high or the room would not stay cool. I believe the air needed to be cleaned, because the room smelled like mold or mildew. 13. We could not hear the TV because the sound would turn up. 14. The walls were paper thin. Every time the people upstairs moved it sounded like giants stomping around. We did not get a lot of sleep because they stayed up late and got up very early. 15. We ended up leaving early. I would not stay here again. It is not worth the money they charge.

Not worth the price This was our first experience in this hotel. The location is great right off the Parkway between restaurants and attractions. The hotel it self was ok, for the price. Out room was wanting. We reserved a king room, which was so small they had the table and one chair at the door, of which we slammed into when entering the room. The bed was comfortable. The knob on the shower was broken and came off in my husband's hand when he turned it on. The water temperature had no mid-point it was extremely hot and turning it down only slowed the pressure to a trickle just to no burn your skin, so we had to stand away from the water and use our wash towel to put water and soap on it in order to shower, and be careful to not let the shower water get on you directly caused it really burned. The towels were horribly hard (invest in fabric softener). The pillows had blood stains and saliva stains on them, when we saw the stains it was the night before check out, when we checked out the front desk attendant said we should have complained 24 hours before. Well, we did and we were told that there was nothing she could do about it. Asked for some kind of refund. My husband has called since we've been home and of course he was told the manager will get back to him, but it's been three days and still have not received a return call from him. I would not recommend this hotel. The other rooms looked larger, but ours was not good. The staff for the most part was nice and helpful concerning letting us know where the dinner theaters were.
