Great service! This is an above average Holiday Inn. There is an outdoor and indoor pool and popcorn available throughout the day for guests. The team was very friendly and able to accommodate myself and my girlfriend for an early check in when they did not have to. They gave us the choice of what floor we wanted our room to be on. They even have a pet bird that adds to the ambiance to separate this Holiday Inn from others. As a proud IHG member this Holiday Inn experience is why I continue to go back and stay at Holiday Inn’s when on vacation.

Best hot breakfast! Great stay. Best hot breakfast! Better than Flapjacks restaurant! Had gluten free options like Udi's blueberry muffins and bagel as well! We stayed in the king suite and enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub every night! Good location too and friendly staff! We highly recommend this Holiday inn.

Ok for a 3 day business trip. Pros - This was a perfect location for a conference at the Music Road Convention Center. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The check-in process was hassle free. I was relieved that our room was ready and available upon arrival. Cons - The carpet in the room is well past the time for a deep cleaning, if not being completely replaced. This was evident with several visible stains and odor that was permeating from different areas of the carpet in both rooms. Towels were placed in the room each day, but not all of the towels were clean. Hair and stains were present on several towels that were placed each day. The room was not cleaned each day. The bed was made and towels were pick-up / replaced, however not tipping down of the sink or mopping / sweeping of the floor occurred. The filter for the AC unit did not fit properly and caused a very loud disturbance while the unit was running. On this note, the thermostat was not in the bedroom, so the bedroom stayed warmer than the living room area for the whole trip. The double pane window was cloudy and in need of replacement or repair. The sheets of the bed were rough and itchy, but overall, the bed was comfortable.

The staff make the hotel. Very pleasantly surprised by just how good this hotel is. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean - in fact the bathroom was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. The icing on the cake was the breakfast - freshly made pancakes, omelettes etc. You are spoiled for choice! The front of house catering staff kept the place in order - nothing was too much bother for them. It’s the staff that makes the hotel. First class.

Excellent hotel I could not fault this hotel. The room was spacious, bright and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was excellent. There was complimentary breakfast. The catering staff in attendance at breakfast were helpful, pleasant and professional and they constantly kept the tables clean and restocked the food and drinks as required. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.
