Beware it’s a rip off This is the worst hotel. I spent 125 dollars for one night. I checked in. The room was disgusting. Stains on chair and lamp shade. Hair all on bed sheets and under the bottom sheet. Room and bathroom dirty. Bugs on the walls. I went back to front desk and told her about the bugs and that I would need a different room. She left came back and said housekeeping would clean up the bugs and that they were fruit flies because it’s hot outside. Room was cold. I said I’ll try a different room she said we don’t have any. I said I’ll take a refund. She gave me a card and said I could email but they don’t give refunds. I emailed over four times with not one response. Beware they place is horrible and they make money off you leaving and not staying and not giving refunds. Worst place ever!!

Review The hotel is a no frills. Lobby was neat and clean. Room was clean. Only complaint is that they don’t have usb ports. Breakfast was continental. Only days that it is served is Friday through Sunday. We stayed until Tuesday so no breakfast for 2 days.

Affordable small hotel if your looking to spend less on where you stay and more on fun activities give them a try The price was right and affordable. The lady working the desk was super nice, and helped me immediately when I asked. If you’re looking for affordable room that’s close to attractions this is it. The breakfast is small but free so can’t complain. Me and my boys had an awesome trip and it really helped being close to everything. We actually walked to a few places right down from the hotel. They also have a deck outside for smoking that overlooks part of Pigeon Forge. Thanks for having us we appreciate you guys and will be back .

NIGHTMARE AT HOTEL PIGEON FORGE So, my husband and I, went the first weekend in October 2023, the room was deplorable. From the time we entered our room. We were told if we smoked in the room we would be charged 250.00 cleaning charge and 80 deposit. And we could be asked to leave immediately. But from our room window, was the roof and the window opened ,and was full of cig butts on the roof….So how are we supposed to be framed for this type of money loss. I,am not a bougie person. But this was unacceptable. When we arrived at our room.233 I think. It was right across from the elevators. These two women were stretched out in the recliner chairs . Right outside our rooms. And we’re there ALL NIGHT! ( nice privacy)!!!!!! Our room was unspeakably FILTHY! It was our anniversary. And we were not !staying here. But we had no where else to go for the night. We stayed outside on the bench behind the cockatiel cage.in cold it was almost 50 degrees. But behind this cage . We saw what appeared to be human trafficking going on . At about 5:00 am we went back to our room and checked out at 9:00 Am .there was not a manager present for us to speak our grievances to. And the desk girl showed us this sign that said “ NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES” and now we’re fighting with the BBB AND OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. To salvage some our money that we prepaid for this room. Not to mention we spent the better part of the next day looking for somewhere else to stay. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY TO US.! My BEST ADVICE IS STEER CLEAR OF HOTEL PIGEON FORGE! It has been 2 weeks now. And we haven’t heard anything from our credit card companies or from management . So all we’re trying to do is keep you from financial ruin . For what we spent on two rooms for four days , we could’ve rented a chalet in the mountains.

Smelly room The staff was friendly, but the room wasn't up to par. The bathroom light fixture was missing, the cabinet under the television was broken, a dirty wash cloth was left in the corner behind the toilet, a container of jam was leaking and left under the chair, and the room was musky when we entered. The bed was hard as a rock, not at all comfortable. I definitely would not recommend this hotel for a stay.
