Celebrating Our 31st Wedding Anniversary: Margaritaville Island Hotel Pigeon Forge, TN My husband and I were scheduled to spend our anniversary in Orlando, Florida. Hurricane Milton helped us choose the perfect getaway instead! We celebrated our 31st wedding anniversary at Margaritaville Island Hotel Pigeon Forge, TN. The ambience at Margaritaville Island Hotel in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee on The Island did not disappoint for one moment! There were helpful hands and friendly smiles greeting us warmly at each time of the day and night. We highly recommend during your stays at Margaritaville Island Hotel that you book your rooms on the River Side and the Village Side. The River Side not only provides the peaceful sound of the water but the wonderful chance to see and hear birds, ducks and Canadian geese. Our stay was nearing the end, but we were relaxed from walking The Island. My husband and myself were eating great snacks and meals, spending money on needed and memorabilia items from The Island restaurants and shops. We decided to extend our stay one more night! We spent our extra day at The Christmas Place, a Welcome Center and taking a drive around Pigeon Forge enjoying shops and The Mill. That night we took a walk along the river with spectacular lights shining about from The Island. Yes, we had been planning our anniversary for Orlando, Florida but the Lord sent us to Margaritaville Island Hotel. This beautiful hotel, The Island with its unique shops and restaurants are amazing and we are truly thankful for experiencing such a warm welcome. Fun trip Started the stay by getting directions to the wrong room by front desk. We were given directions to one room, but the room was actually on the other side of bridge. Honest mistake. The room floors were disgusting. Had to wear shoes in the room. The room was right across from the pool and the shutting/locking of the door is loud and is very loud in the room. On check out, there were no luggage carts available which made it a little more inconvenient but no biggie. Overall, the atmosphere is great, location is IDEAL! Margaritas are great and staff was wonderful.

Amazing and friendly Service! It all started with Brian at check in, he was so friendly and helpful. He really went out of his way to make our stay memorable. We have been to this hotel twice now and this time was even better. We will definitely be returning. The roof top pool is amazing with the view of the fountain, mountains and Ferris wheel. We had one of the large Cabanas for a day and the service was excellent. We loved everyone at the Chill Bar. We reserved 2 rooms and they made sure we were right across from each other without us having to ask. We had perks available for free Valet parking and they were so quick with getting our vehicle. They made sure we had all available discounts and coupons for local attractions. The week we went it was my Birthday and they even gave me a free Margarita coupon. Everything made this trip truly special and amazing! They thought of everything.

Excellent place to stay! Nice hotel. Large showers, comfy beds, thick towels. All staff was friendly and the location was very convenient.

Excellent stay! Our room was clean and spacious. Location was wonderful. So many places to walk to and things to do. Staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again.
