Still an ok hotel but showing weakness after all the years I've been coming to this hotel for over 20 years and it is still pretty nice but other newer hotels around are better. They obviously have been updating the rooms over the years. I can see what people say about rude people working there at check in as I had one when I checked in. The other area that sooner of later needs some work is the pool. The pool has more concrete patches than I75 even the lazy river used to have a water fall but that hasn't worked in years. Pool is fine but it needs a remodel like the rooms have been done. Breakfast is always ok but I do have to agree that most hotels will change them up at least a little day to day. Same thing here every day.

Another wonderful stay! Our stream view room was large, well appointed and extremely clean. The bedding was very comfortable. The highlight was the pool with a nice sized slide and lazy river. The arcade was a nice addition to our stay. The breakfast area was great with steam side dining and something for each to enjoy. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend for families.

Don’t book here We have stayed at this location many times in the past but our most recent trip will be our last! It was a terrible stay from the minute we arrived. We booked a two room family suite. Check in is at 4:00- we arrived at 3:45 and let them know we were here. Our room was not ready. We did not get checked into our room until almost 5:30. Many people in the lobby experiencing the same thing, were not happy either. There were 2 tour busses that showed up right at 4. They took all of the carts and loaded them up to check in even before their rooms were ready! The entire lobby was full of people. When we finally got to our room it was dirty. Our feet were black after walking on the floor for a few minutes. The bathtub had a bath fitter insert on it but it leaked water every time we showered. Our room was not cleaned one time while we were there. We had to ask for more towels every single day. The customer service and cleanliness of this location has drastically gotten worse. I would not recommend this location at all! The only positive to this hotel is the pool.

Overall a good experience The hotel was very nice. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that it was close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Breakfast was also very good. The only complaint was the elevators. By far the slowest ones. Key card didn’t work for me to use the stairs.

Wonderful View We've stayed here several times and always enjoyed it. I was a little disappointed this time. The check in process is horrible. I understand that the check in time is 4pm but it just appeared very chaotic. We were told several times that our room was being inspected to make sure that it was ready. When a lady finally said that it was ready, I was told that I would need to get in to another line because she was getting ready to leave. When we finally got off the elevator to go to our room there was a housekeeping supervisor talking loudly to all of the staff. They all were holding piles of linens and some were literally in tears. We really felt sorry for them. Beyond all of this check in process; our stay was smooth and quiet. The room was very clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. I remembered having a vanity bench in the bathroom before; none this time. The fireplace was great but the room was pretty basic. We stayed on the top floor with the mountain and river view and it was absolutely perfect. We could also see over all of Pigeon Forge. I would probably consider staying again just to get the view. Breakfast was good but not great. Other hotels are offering breakfast with more options like bacon, pancakes, hash browns... We've stayed in a lot of different hotels and some are much newer and some have done total renovations. Maybe it's time for the hotel to think about renovating the rooms. The bathrooms are pretty out dated and the carpet needs to be removed.
