Nice staff.Nice rooms. Nice rooms but really was wish hot tub was working as they were waiting on part the whole time we were there and their website didn’t mention it was down hopefully next time we visit we will get to enjoy the hot plus they have really nice buffet breakfast and nice staff

NOT what i was expecting! I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and it was always a super experience. now, several years later, i go back with a friend and very much anticipated the same great experience that I've had many times in the past. WRONG... first thing, the room wasn't as clean as it should be. Obviously no extra care was given. i get past that. Now its time to relax... NOPE, the pool isn't clean and the hot tub is broken! The hot tub was one of the main reasons that i wanted to stay there. I was told there was no idea when it would be repaired. Not acceptable. I asked for a lower price since i didn't get the amenities that i paid for. Sorry about your luck Mr. Just not a pleasant experience. Apparently new Indian owners since i stayed there last. I also heard several others who were very unhappy with the experience. I wont be going back or recommending it to anyone that i know and people are always asking me where to stay in Pigeon Forge. Hope you get things together soon.

Not near what was advertised ! Good is all ! The balcony is definitely not private. No swans on the beds. I’ve already cleaned up trash behind bathroom door. I’ve been hear 5 minutes ! I asked for mountain view and it’s more like 2 hills in the distance. I’m assume the rest will be fine, I sure hope so.

Disappointed We’ve stayed here several times before and had no problems. The room we were supposed to have stayed in, the floor was so dirty, they put us in a different room. That room wasn’t much better, but we didn’t want to move again. My husband wiped up the bathroom floor because we weren’t sure what was on it. We did tell the front desk people how bad it was. I haven’t been this disappointed in a hotel room. I hope they get a better cleaning crew, I’m not sure the one they have is working. It used to be a nice place to stay.

Good hotel could be better Comfy beds and decently clean room, need to clean elevators, had white stuff smeared on the wall and the area where we got off the elevator on our floor was not clean. Also bathrooms needs LVP flooring, tile looks awful and installed wrong. Ask maids to clean behind Toliet. However I would stay here again, good location and decently clean. Pool was nice/clean but the hot tub needed a good cleaning it looked brown.
