Nightmare Beds Room 124, beds were awful. The bed I slept in had a bad slant the mattress was in bad shape, not good on someone with a bad back to begin with. Woke up everyday in so much pain I wanted to cry!!! Please do better quilty Inn !!! I am glad to see they was in the process of remodeling

Nice Stay We came to Pigeon Forge for a last minute, one night stay. We had the best room. Very clean and will definitely return and request same room. This was our first time staying at this property. We didn't use any of the amenities so can't comment on them.

Wouldn't stay here on a bet. This use to be our go to place when staying in Pigeon Forge. But it has not been cared for. Now it's run down, dirty and outdated. The floors are so dirty I wouldn't even take off my shoes. There are so many places to stay in Pigeon Forge. Pick ANY place else!!

Just ok This is no more than a 3 star. Tired motel.in a great location for all of the tourist trap stuff to do. Breakfast was ok. Staff at front desk were not very friendly. Man fixing the ice maker was most pleasant with everyone we came across. Cheap price.

Not like it used to be We picked the Inn because we had been there years ago and liked the location in Pigeon Forge TN. Check in was easy and we were given a first floor room like I asked. This time we found the room out dated and worn out. The mattress on my bed was sunk in and definitely needed to be replaced. It is time for this site to be renewed or remodeled. We were having trouble with TV channels and when I asked for help from the front desk, I was told it was a new service and they couldn't help. The price for the room almost doubled the second day! One good thing to report is that they have a nice hot serve yourself breakfast.
