The worst experience I've had at a motel in pigeon forge. Horrible! They no longer supply wash cloths or blankets to guests. They don't have enough towels to offer for more than 2 guests per room. The pillows provided were small like throw pillows. Thermostat was broken couldn't turn heat up or down to get comfortable. Blood splatter on bathroom door. Looked like bleach running down wall behind beds.

We will not return The first room we were given had just been vacated and not cleaned. The second room was dirty (literally, there was dirt in the corners of the room and bathroom and our feet were filthy when we walked out of the bathroom and across the floor) and in need of repairs. I tried to attach photos, but they are greyed out.

Terrible Dirty rooms. Blood and stains on the sheets. They do not provide any breakfast or drinks like is advertised. We were given 2 towels for a 2 night stay and no wash cloths or hand towels and when I ask for more was handed a bag and told they needed the used one first. Dirty pool area towels layed in the same spot all weekend. Trash piled up around the trash cans and blowing around the parking lot. Was put on the 3rd floor and the elevator is broken so better pack lite. Can't believe Wyndham has their name on this place. Be my last stay here it is an awesome location just poorly managed and no one really seems to care.

Horrible stay in your car instead Horrible at best. Booked for 2 nights only stayed one night water dripped in tub no stopper, dirty floor roaches noisy and biggest the heater did not work elevator was out of service so I had to climb steps to the third floor.. front staff refused to help nor would they give me a receipt and said they didn’t have managers there

Travel Nightmare By far the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel/motel. Staff was unresponsive Breakfast consisted of my choice of granola bar. The room was barren of any amenities or the basics, including HEAT!! Dust was everywhere and the smoke alarm went off at random. Oh by the way safety is not a concern for the guests. Lock on the door broken. The room keys including the master key are kept in an unsecured mailbox on the highway if you come after hours. Go by and let yourself in, They won't keep the light on for you though....YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED #wishIcouldgivenegativenumbers
