We loved this place! We loved this place! If you want to truly not be in"the crazy" of Pigeon Forge then this place is for you. Honestly though you are kind of in the middle of it but you just can't tell. We had a beautiful view of the golf course. The sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking! Our daughter who is 15 loved the pool and the lazy river! We all loved the lazy river! After a day out in 90°+ we lived in it! We even got to bring our pooch which I really appreciated! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook a meal you just need to bring your groceries! The beds are super comfy and there is a washer dryer if you need it. All in all we absolutely loved this place and will be returning in the future!

LOVE this condo reaper Beautiful co do! Last Minute booking and very affordable for 3 nights. One of our new favorite places to stay. Loved the lazy river and clean everywhere! Close to everything. We will definitely book here again. Had everything we needed except 2 things- no can opener and the bedroom tv wouldn’t work right.

Great Pigeon Forge hotel close to the action! Very outdated in each room but still incredibly nice and HUGE!! You’re never going to find a hotel room this big for the price. It’s essentially a one bedroom apartment with a huge king sized bed. Great amenities and so close to everything but off the busy tourist spots.

Not worth the money Not the best place for the money I paid. Although the location is great, the kitchen had Teflon pots and pans were pealing/scratch. They did provide a new set, but did say they are in the middle of updating room. I paid for a signature room that was suppose to be updated. The electrical light was floating in the Hot Tub. The wheels on several Baggage Carts/Trolley's were flat and when I mentioned it to the staff he did nothing about it, and said there were others that were fine. The Master Bedroom furniture as was very nice as well as the Hot Tub, and showers All the beds were very nice and comfortable. The furniture in all the other bedrooms was lacking, it was old. One room did not even have a dresser, just a corner TV stand with shelves. We could not eat at the dining table due to ants all over. There was one small bowl and one large bowl, and only 2 storage containers. We had a family of 9, staying in a 4 bedroom unit, there was enough dishes and glasses and silverware, but we needed more serving bowls and storage containers, and serving dishes. There was a large stain in the kitchen sink, and a few chips in the porcelain. The Jack and Jill bathroom, only had light switch on the kitchen side, and made it difficult to turn on the light if you came in from the bedroom especially at night. There should be a large fan in the indoor pool to circulate the air in the summer, It was very very hot and even with the doors open. We were told on arrival that pool is not heated. Possibly just in the summer. There were 3 bathroom doors that did not lock, the repair person said they were waiting on parts. He was able to fix the door that wouldn't close because the lock was stuck out, so we could close the door. The Wi-Fi name and password were incorrect, he said they have not updated them and the front desk was not aware. The lazy river was great, except there was not enough adult raft's, I was impress there were child raft's that were smaller. Parking was fine, with a few spots that were reserved, for servicing. The spa had no packages that I saw. There was plenty of outside seats at the pool and the lazy river, the poolside and lazy river bathrooms were cleaned and maintained. The area for charcoal grilling near the river was very buggy, but the upper area near the pool was very nice. Overall, I do not feel like I got my money's worth. I would look elsewhere. If you are looking for a luxury vacation THIS IS NOT THE SPOT.
