Bad experience at Ramada Hotel. Booked three rooms in this hotel in Baltimore. Arrived to find that the hotel was principally for weekly tenants who may have been placed there by City agencies. The front desk was separated from the lobby by secure plexiglass protective panels. No towels or toilet tissue in our rooms. Mouse traps under the beds. Dangerous experience. Traveling with 3 young children. Left immediately. Hotel refused to provide any refund via hotels.com. or make any direct contact with us. The listing of the property on the hotels.com site led one to believe that the property was acceptable. It's not. Would never book a stay with this hotel.

Total Horror & disaster, foul smelling , worst I have ever stayed in. A total disaster. We had a decent room on 5/24/2023, but no breakfast due to renovations. When I made this recent reservation I assumed there would be breakfast, still renovating. The assigned room #103 was a disaster. We needed to enter via room #101, since the door to #103 was bolted shut. There was one hand towel and one wash cloth and no soap, I went back to front desk to get the towels and soap. As it got dark we could not turn on any of the room lights (other than the bathroom). I phoned the front desk and the manager told me that she come to the room. Since she could not get the lights to turn on she would get new bulbs. While she was there, and since I was concerned about the security deposit, I pointed out all of the missing drawer handles and broken wall fixtures. After we came back from dinner the lights still were not working, so we left the bathroom light on. The bed had a was made with a sheet, covered with a blanket, covered by a sheet. We reversed the upper blanket and sheet. The bathtub was filthy looking (peeling paint(?). and black splotches) and very slippery (no slip protections). The towel rack was missing. After entering the bathroom and pushing the door shut, there was no way of opening the door, since there was no hardware on the door. I needed to yell for my wife to push the door open. Of course I took photos to illustrate and prove what I tried to describe. I will be composing reviews to post and report this fraud, health and safety hazards to the proper government agencies.

Avoid! Clearly the managers don't care about their business. The place is in disrepair, see the sample photos. I'm surprised Ramada has not removed their name from this property. Not only was the room in poor shape, but the advertised breakfast was shut down, probably for quite a while.

For the love of humanity....DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!! For the love of all humanity, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!! I made the mistake of not reading previous reviews for this place and I paid the price. The room was terrible. The comforter had several holes throughout. It also had stains which I prefer not to know of their origin. The bathtub was painted over, I guess to hide previous stains but the paint was coming off in sheets. The closet where someone would hang their clothes was pretty much nonexistent. The shelf was far from horizontal and there were no hangers. The iron was dirty, caked in soil and who knows what else. And the room had a significant electrical hazard with the cover of the wall mounted light next to the bed having the cover dangling, exposing live wires to unsuspecting little kids. Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! Wyndham should be ashamed in having this place representing their brand. No thanks in staying at any Wyndham chain hotel in the future. Don't believe their website, this is what I discovered in lack of amenities posted on their website: 1) No free breakfast, 2) No restaurant, 3) No fitness room, 4) No daily housekeeping, 5) No hairdryer, 6) No hand wash towels or bath towels (except one).
