La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Tampa Bay Pinellas Park Clearwater

A criminal investigation for attempted robbery at the lobby, negligence, overcharge, inadequate extra chargers I am writing to follow a criminal investigation to be conducted by your business and the police, which I am taking to court by filing a suit for damages. I am requesting a full-refund of both my walk-in 1 night $123.00 inflated rate, $50.00 security deposit AND my $290.96 Priceline reservation. Please immediately remove my credit card and debit card information from Your system. Besides that, I am complaining about unsanitary health conditions that impacted my respiratory health. Additionally, today you CHARGED me $50 extra which had been a pending CREDIT on my credit card for a security deposit. The front desk charged me $173 for 1 night as a walk-in while the REAL rate is $79. The hotel staff does not help at the front desk. Stay away, travelers! Also stay away from Priceline.com! 1.Health conditions : NO room air circulation 2. No safety: I was a victim of a robbery attempt by a drugged trespasser female called Maura Collin's Steeler in this hotel LOBBY during breakfast; persistently stalked to my room by her, and had my safety neglected by staff, the police and Priceline- on camera as per staff on 09/05/2924 about 9:00 am. Priceline and Wyndham sell La Quinta Inn Pinellas Park by false advertising. After being lied at by the hotel staff daily about a fan loan since 09/01/2024 (due to highest humidity and stale air in my room), I was finally on 09/05 that in fact there is no fan to be loaned to guests. This contradicted the daily information I received from staff that on that exact day there was no fan in their storage. I will be filing a misrepresentation and negligence suit for damages since no refund or formal complaint were provided but I had to check out the hotel the night before my reservation ended. I went to a local hotel because of respiratory issues at home AND willing to be safe.

Terrible visit Very disappointed with the quality of room. There was an odor in the room. The pillows seemed worn out

I didn’t check in I called and made reservations for myself and 3 small dogs,I made it very clear on the dogs he said it was no problem let the check in clerk know before you check in the day of the reservation.After a hour from my house I called and was informed I was only allowed one pet ,so I told I would not be needing the room and was told to call the reservation desk to get a refund now I called on Tuesday the hotel said I checked in and no refund it’s a ripoff

Nice motel! Rooms were clean, employees were very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are a bit small. All in all we had a very nice time. Deposit is 50.00. Not all rooms have microwave and/or refrigerator in them. Decent place, great location, near everything.

Nasty hotel I am a Wyndham rewards member and I will never ever stay in a La Quinta inn. Again this was the epitome of discussed. This is how you reward your loyal customers of a timeshare. Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves. This hotel is dirty smelly people were living there doing drugs, dirty diaper boxes outsie this is an extended stay motel. How dare you listed as a hotel?
