Clean-ish and nice-ish Pros: decent breakfast New hotel Nice cold AC for a hot summer trip Love the bedding and the kitchen Staff was very friendly Cons: Kind of a weird new road that’s hard to get to Dirty bathroom Not the best pillows And about the bathroom- One of the shower ledges was not attached. Looked like they just put it on with silicone, no screws or really any support. Same craftsmanship with shower doors. They don’t really attach to anything; they are like glass curtains. Felt very nervous about my kids taking showers. And they aren’t cleaned but I genuinely don’t know how this much grime is getting missed in such a new hotel. Despite the lackluster shower I would return because the rest of the hotel is nice and I felt safe.

We Felt at Home We stayed for a month and were very pleased by the exceptional service of all the staff. My husband was in a wheelchair. Someone was always there to help when needed. They made a stressful situation easier to deal with.

Lack of attention Paid for room in full prior to stay by employer. Was charged 289.00 for "incidentals" which was wrong, and brought up on day 1 of 5-day stay. I did not purchase anything from the hotel during my stay. Two different desk personnel stated they would fix problem. Due to failure by employees to rectify the problem I incurred interest on my private credit card because charge was not taken off prior to end of billing cycle. Beware of "incidental" fees!!!

Bad experience! Our problems started when we left the hotel. We left some items behind (highly unusual for us) and called immediately the next morning. We were told they would call us if they found them, real absence of effort or integrity on their part. Asked them to call either way, they didn’t. Called back numerous times, No answer!! Even Hilton Honors tried and couldn’t get through. Finally they called and they had one item. As the other things were in the same drawer I assume the one thing was kept by the finder and the others thrown away. Things got worse, phone was not answered and we found that we paid for our room when we registered by phone and then we were charged again when we left. It took days and calls to our credit card company to get it straightened out. Very poor administration going on there. Would not recommend .

Marijuana smell is everywhere A person could get high just sitting outside the front door, in the lobby or on any floor. We have stayed here numerous times and it continues to go downhill. The clientele is definitely younger, more drug related and dirty. The druggies hang out in front of the hotel so it makes it a little uncomfortable to check in etc. We won't be coming back again. You lost a very loyal family who come here often.
