Calm and clean Room was quiet and clean. Food was good. I just wished I had TSA pre check to bypass the ridiculous security line the next day.

Nice hotel but outrageously priced We stayed for one night prior to a 6 AM flight. We will never do this again. The price of 1 night in a small room cost more than the 2-room suite I booked at our destination!!

Home away from Home Room was clean and well stocked , all the employees were very friendly and helpful ....including directions to the concert venue and local information....

The Pittsburgh Hyatt Hostel For an early flight from PIT this Hyatt offers an efficient 10 minute walk to TSA and Ticketing. The rooms are clean and I got a restful night's sleep. But that is all that's acceptable about this Hyatt. I felt a real absence of hospitality. The front desk wouldn't answer the phone so I had to call Hyatt Reservations to finally get in touch with someone to make a wake-up call request. They have no restaurant, but a small cafe, with food so poorly prepared and cold that we sent it back. This hotel represents the lowest standard I have experienced staying at Hyatt properties world wide.

Not what I expected The hotel wasn’t what I expected since was a 5 star hotel the hotel was very noisy and could hear things from other rooms and the fire alarm was going off as me and my granddaughter were sleeping.
