Kudos!! Debbie, Susan, James gave amazing service to our large group of 25 on short notice. They provided great service, were very friendly and accommodating to our group. Service with a smile and went over and above for our group. We truly appreciated the hospitality!

Good Enough Everything was good and clean. Would love to have had “regular” pillows instead of the “square “throw pillows”. Would’ve been nice to have a microwave along with the fridge. It has a lot of amenities but they weren’t open most of the time … or no one was at the department to man the station. We went for the convenience to the venue we were there for and the Name of the hotel. I thought it was a reputable one, needs some updated tweaks. The Valet department was AMAZING!

Great barstaff I had an amazing stay at the Wyndham Grand when I was in town visiting friends. The 2 women behind the bar were awesome! Mona made the best old fashion that I've ever had and was able to recommend amazing restaurants for my friends and I to check out. Room was clean and location was great!

I’ll be back! Great stay for a conference! Michelle was amazing - always friendly and accommodating. She made me want to return to Pittsburgh and stay here with my family. The staff and the restaurant made up for the fact that the hotel could use some remodeling.

My experience at Ground Stop My experience at Ground Stop was incredible! I enjoyed the Chicken Cesar Salad and Teavanna Green Tea. Plus, Soleil and Michael were most helpful! They were patient, kind, accommodating! Thank you both for providing excellent service! I enjoyed my lunch so much that I came back for a second tea.
