Good Value But Still Needs Updating First off: lovely, accommodating staff who seem to care about their jobs. Also: relatively good value. That said, it’s time for a renovation. Though the property generally seems clean, our room had rusty fixtures, a carpet with an obvious stain that should have been addressed before we checked in, and dated furniture.

Do not book here No working TVs in room, and when asked to repair, no help given either to fix TV feed or to switch room. Artificial chemical smell in room, uncomfortable mattresses, lumpy old pillows, cheap thin bedding, peeling wallpaper in halls, grungy overall feel. Hotel rooms in need of major update. Feel they didn't meet basic requirements of overnight stay, disappointed.

Unexpected stay We had an emergency plumbing issue at home, and this hotel saved us. Great customer care via the operator, and friendly check-in. This hotel allows 2 big dogs, which was a life saver. Very spacious 2 bedroom suite and terrific breakfast. Our unit , 402, was lacking utensils and cups and some essentials that are usually provided in these mini kitchens.

Terrible beds. Unfortunate temp control We chose this hotel for the suites. Traveling with a toddler, having a separate bedroom is a luxury so the adults can stay up later than the toddler’s bedtime. However, the ac/heating unit was noisy enough to frighten the toddler when it kicked on, and it felt like cold air even when set to 72F, and the bedroom vent blew directly onto one of the beds. AND THE BEDS! The worst night sleep I have ever experienced on a hotel mattress. My husband and I were both in pain the next morning and had a 4 hour drive ahead of us.
