Great place to stay! Very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. Wonderful customer service at the front desk from Sara - she is top notch and extremely accommodating. The only negative thing is that the toilets sit very low to the ground but we could overlook that due to the positives of this hotel. Good restaurants in the area. Would most definitely stay there again.

Bring us your tired, your hungry, your poor---but not your disabled! Do not stay here! This hotel does not willingly adhere to ADA standards. I called this hotel the night before coming to be sure that they had a handicapped accessible room with a roll in shower. After being assured that they did, I made a reservation with Nick. When we arrived the next day, we were told that there was no roll in bathroom handicapped accessible room available. After sharing with the desk clerk and then the manager the reservation information and refusing to take any other room with a tub, they physically went to inspect all rooms and finally, after about 26 minutes, found us a room with a stand alone shower with a step up entrance of about 6 inches to get in. While that was difficult, my husband was able to shower this morning. The manager and the desk clerk were originally not very willing to help. They just said that this was how it was and letting me know that we had to accommodate. No way-I have learned to ask certain questions when making a hotel reservation to make sure that my husband's needs are taken care of. Depending on the answers, we either book that room or move on to another hotel. I have never had this happen and especially with the attitude shown originally by these people. Only after I threatened to report them to the ADA did things begin to improve. Also, there was prevalent smells of smoking in the halls-both cigarette and marijuana.

Stay Away Here are just.a few of my horrible experiences: 1. When I checked in, had to wait for 30 minutes. Reception was abandoned. 2. Hotel room wasn't cleaned although I asked multiple times. 3. No hot water 4. The hotel smells like marijuana 5. Staff was nasty except for the general manager 6. Receptionist smoke outside (reception unattended) 7. TV didn't work. 8. Washing machine doesn't work 9. Ice machine leaking 10.Trash piled up infront of elevator next to bin 11. After complaining multiple times staff threatened to call police if I don't check out.

A complete Fraud..!! Do not go there.!! The room did not have hot water at the shower, we received the zinc clogged, had to brush our teeth at the hot tube instead at every single time of our staying. The hotel externally is advertised as a "Hampton" one while in reality the swapped the name to a "Goofy Hotel" or so on past weeks (Apr/21). The nasty "green water color" pool was out of service, but we did not receive any warning or notification at the time we registered in. I communicated all of these issues to the from desk, I did not see a sign of regret from the front desk folk. From the place I come from, to use the image or name of other company, it is called a "Fraud"....

Absolute worst hotel ever Don’t be fooled. This is NOT a Hilton hotel. It’s been bought recently, and it isn’t associated with Hilton. I arrived for a reservation for two rooms. There were 15-20 people in the lobby that had reservations, but no rooms were available. We were told housekeeping didn’t clean some rooms. We were told there was a broken pipe. We were told that they had accommodated people from a sister hotel. Whatever the reason, no rooms were available. It was late and I had four kids with me, so I asked if they had any rooms under a maintenance hold that may be available. They said yes. The entire 5th floor. They started allowed us to stay in those rooms. Anything was acceptable as it is March madness and no rooms nearby were free. The smell was awful. No towels. The shower had a really bad leak. But we made due. The next day I called to get a price adjustment due to the conditions and the manager at the front desk denied all issues and said there was nothing wrong with any of the rooms. This is after the hotel was at a near riot the night before due to all of the issues. I understand things happen, but I’m writing this review because despite all of the issues my family made the best of it- only for the hotel to lie to Hotwire to refuse a partial refund. The experience for others was worse. This hotel should be avoided at all costs.
