Roach infested First room I had was on bottom floor 108 and was infested with roaches. When I brought it to the front desks attention, I asked if I could change rooms, the gentleman said there was no rooms available and offered to spray the room with bug spray. A few minutes later, I went to the kitchen and saw a whole nest of them behind the refrigerator. So I went back to the front desk, this time there was a lady at the front desk and I told her I can not stay in that room and right away she offered another room on 2nd floor. I thought that was strange being the guy told me there wasn’t any other rooms available that night but I took it. I had to pack up all of my belongings to go up to second floor. Upon entering the elevator, I noticed it was broken. Only one elevator works in that hotel. Very disappointed being that I paid $125 a night.

I was not pleased I was not pleased with my stay. Upon entering the room, there was an awful smell. The bed was not completely done as well. They had to bring extra pillows for the bed The remote to one TV was not working and the other TV didn't have one. The handle to the tub didn't work and swirled around. You had to push it hard to get it to work. After calling the front desk, it was finally fixed. Also, our room was never cleaned the entire 3 nights we were there. We asked for towels, but was told there weren't any one day. The breakfast was good and it was a good location. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Wonderful! The place was awesome. Great customer service! We originally booked at a different hotel and they turned out to be very sketchy so we canceled that. Even though I have not gotten my refund back from the other hotel I have no regrets in switching. This place is located in a great safe spot. Breakfast was delicious and we slept great.

Roaches! Don't stay! This hotel has roaches and the service sucks. I saw my first roach on my second night when I opened the silverware drawer and it scurried back behind the drawer. Then not five minutes later I saw another in the bathroom sink. Then the next night while I was sitting on the toilet, one went from the toilet room to the rest of the bathroom. I got a picture of that one. They are called German cockroaches. The only reason why I didn't switch rooms is because I didn't want to pack all my stuff up, just to get another room with roaches and if you see one roach, there are going to be a bunch. I was also only there for six hours at night. Then I wanted to get my room serviced and I went to the front desk to tell them to service my room. The night auditor told me she got me on the list and would get me taken care of. Only to come back and my room not even be touched. I don't understand how it's so hard to just get in the room. Super dirty room with someone's fingernails in the carpet and stains on all the towels. Please don't stay here until they get new management and clean up their hotel. Disgusting and they should be ashamed.

Not well maintained First room ac broken. Moved to another room. Bathrooms need deep clean/renovation. Carpets in hallway old and stained. Kitchenette in poor shape as well. I would not stay here again! Location is excellent but the hotel rooms are very run down. And only one of the 2 elevators working. It would be a great spot to stay if they could keep it maintained and cleaned.
