Moldy comforter Moldy comforter front desk stated it was feathers? Don’t thibk this looks like feathers also my asthmatic partner had a flair up before we realized it was like this. Also 30$ for our last round of drinks that we ordered during happy hour which ended at 6 and they were ordered around 5:55, I know that’s super close but still during happy hour prices. Wouldn’t recommend.

TURNED AWAY WITH NO REFUND Booked through TripAdvisor. I arrived approximately 20-30 minutes after booking and was turned away because they were “sold out”. When I asked the desk attendant why there wasn’t an available room even though I had a booking confirmation, he said that he didn’t know why TripAdvisor provided the booking. When I asked about a refund, he said that he could not refund the charge until I called TripAdvisor and THEY requested the refund from NYLO. Frustrating process. It’s 2 days later, 2 phone calls totaling 25ish minutes, and I still haven’t received my refund.. As a note, while booking, I noticed that the hotel was ‘pet friendly’. While standing at the front desk, there were several dogs that came through the lobby.

Great time staying at NYLO Hotel is always clean - Mr.Han at the front desk is very helpful and courteous. Great amenities like a pool, fitness center, sauna, restaurant & bar, outdoor patio. Beds are comfortable, sheets & pillows are great & best of all the price is great

Weekend trip My family and I stayed at Nylo hotel over the weekend. We were there for a soccer tournament. We stayed for 2 nights, the first night, we got there late and the staff was still very welcoming and got us our rooms quickly. Alese was helping us get our rooms and she always welcomed us back in the hotel and even helped with our bags. The rooms were very nice, very spacious. The A/C kept turning off as we left but it was easy to juts turn it back on. The only downfall was that the mirror and ink were way too close. The sink was really small and barley fit on the counter. Washing my face and brushing my teeth was really hard to not make a mess everywhere. Breakfast was not included, for buffet it was $15.00. Overall it was a great experience.
