The Smell Ruined our Stay Lowest price available anywhere around here. Nice TV. Happy to have a refrigerator and microwave for this price. But the smell ruined everything. The smell of the lobby, the rooms, the hallways - just really bad. Like cigarettes and pet urine covered by Indian spices. 2 stars.

Avoid this hotel… dirty bed linens.. poor service Don’t know BBC where to begin 1) from hotels .com was given a NONSMOKING ROOM with 2beds. NO NONSMOKING ROOMS when I checked in at 3:30pm… ok room was tolerable although the halls smelt like urine 2)I had 2 tiny bath towels… requested more towels as they were tiny and my daughter has long hair… the evening female receptionist said housekeeping gone gone for the night… get more in am….we had to be up at 7 so that was not going to be helpful 1) we then went to go to bed and the blanket ( see photos-had dried bloody snot on it… in addition numerous burn holes in sheets blankets and the coverlet. I went to front desk a 2nd time- showed him photos I took of blanket and asked for 2 Blakey’s now… he at least found 1 for the night downstairs 3) sat eve went to room… no new towels or additional towels … room not touched Went to front desk…,same gentleman… asked for towels… no towels til housekeeping comes in the am. I asked why housekeeping didn’t give us clean towels… he said we never gave permission for them to enter room (??)I said we were never asked ? ( we had no sign that said make up room!) Regardless no towels again.. no backup towels available… no clean towels … no extra blanket… I have to say room and bathroom were clean.. bed linens disgusting as mentioned… service (requesting extra towels and non available 2 days in a row and rooms not cleaned or freshened up?) was horrible. Requesting a nonsmoking room and not avail when I did my reservation months ago… unacceptable GO ELSEWHERE

You’ve been warned The place is a dump. I walked in and there was a huge box fan in the lobby blowing hot air everywhere. The mattresses in the room looked like they had been dragged on the street. I know the housekeepers see the filth. Why does managment keep these filthy mattresses. It was too nasty for me. I went to the front desk and asked plainly, ‘are all the beds in this hotel dirty? Are there any clean rooms here, because if not, I need to check-out.” No argument from the front desk clerk. She checked me out immediately, no charge.

Clean & Friendly A great stay again- very comfortable bed and fast internet. Nice property, easy access to highway. Clean and quiet property . Greeted by Tenisha who accommodated every request. Very Friendly and attenitive staff.

Family Works for me. Huge room great wifi no problems. Air conditioning cranking feels great. Totally safe staying here. TV rocks along with fridge & micro wave . Good little breakfast. When I get back this away I will request this room again . Feels like home .
