Always looking at the positive but it was difficult The hallway carpets were really gross. Hot tub was working but floor felt really sandy. Bring your own phone block as none of the lights have plugs for the charging cord. Elevator didn’t always work and the garbages were always overflowing. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good.

AWFUL! Dirty rooms, AC unit didn't work well at all. The staff was barely at the desk, and the room I reserved I didn't get. Was not offered a discount of any kind. Also was not told of the change until I arrived.... check in is at 3 we arrived at 6 (but planned that check-in time) I was not told until arrival that my room was not available.

THE WORST!! Property was a mess, and sheets and bed skirts were filthy. The shower was nasty. The elevator did not work as it should have. The room had an odd, unpleasant smell to it. Breakfast was not that great and got picked up a few minutes before the end of it. Staff was rude and barely around. We did NOT get the room we reserved. We reserved a room with a king bed and a jacuzzi in the room, and we did not get that room. But we were still charged THE SAME PRICE. No one at the desk upon checking in or checking out. We had to wait, and both times, staff were dressed in regular clothes and no name taag or company logo. There are no towels in the pool area. The room was dark despite having all the lights on and window open, and the AC/heater did not work at all. We will NEVER stay at this property again!

Dirty swimming pool and powerless elevator The swimming pool was dirty. Some of the steps leading to the water had a kind of black mold. The water of the hot tub was brown. The elevator was not always working and we had to use the stair ro bring our suitcases from the third floor.

Nice, cheap stay in Plattsburgh Very well located, in close proximity to many stores and restaurants (you could almost walk to any of them), clean hotel with breakfast included, indoor pool and a game room... even a washer and dryer if needed. Staff was welcoming, rooms were clean and mattresses really comfortable. Will definitely go back!
