Review of Secrets Maroma Beach This is a great resort. Clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a swim out room. Lots of fun. It is a larger resort with lots of well-planned activities. The beach is AMAZING. Clean. Great sand and clear, turquoise water. The food is good. This is our second trip to Cancun / Riveria Maya. The first was to Le Blanc, which was a different experience. More laid back, quieter, smaller and excellent all around - especially for food and drinks. I’d recommend both resorts although for different reasons. Side note. A true 5 star at Secrets is our concierge, Carolina. She is a stand out performer - friendly, professional and attentive. Made our stay extra special.

Holiday Vacay! My family and I stayed at the Secrets Maroma for Christmas and absolutely loved it! The holiday shows were delightful and this is the cleanest beach in Cancun with the BEST staff! But please tip your servers. They have families, too! ____

Amazing Beach and Terrific Resort Fabulous resort! Will definitely return. Pros: -- Friendly and helpful staff. -- Terrific food-- great quality and variety. -- Amazing beach!!! Soft white sand and beautiful water. The resort does a great job in controlling the seaweed. -- Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Cons: -- My daughter's room AC didn't work. Took maintenance 6 calls to fix it. It shouldn't have taken until the the second to last day to fix.

Pre-Holiday Paradise: Swim-up Suite Serenity at Secrets Maroma's World-Class Beach This year, we needed a getaway without the kids before the holidays. We picked Secrets Maroma Beach for a quick four-day escape, mainly because of its convenient location—only 35 minutes from the airport—and the appealing swim-up suites. It turned out to be an excellent choice! Our concierge, Roberto, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The Preferred Club experience was worth it—we loved having prime beach access, the a la carte breakfast options, and the opportunity to swim nightly in our swim-up. One of our favorite meals was dinner at Himitsu with Fillipe as our server. We had the best table, special appetizers, sashimi prepared that wasn't on the menu (surprise!), and a dessert made just for us. Shout out to Jessica, the F&B manager, for visiting our table to be sure everything was outstanding. THE BEACH lived up to its reputation—absolutely gorgeous. For anyone looking for a luxurious but laid-back beach vacation, especially if you're short on time, SMB delivers. Special thanks to Roberto and the entire team for making our brief stay so memorable!

Can’t wait to get back The resort, beach, food, drinks were all VERY good in my opinion. What blew me away was our personal concierge, Guillermo Saldaña. He took care of every thing we needed promptly and treated us like royalty. He arranged our spa treatment and got our room ready with surprise gifts for my fiancés birthday. He checked in on us every other hour and responded quickly when I had questions. He helped make our stay unforgettable. Can’t wait to get back.
