Nice resort with great location The resort is very nice esthetically. Rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom was very roomy and the shower was extra large. I would have liked a handheld shower or rainshower. I did not like like the pillows but the bed was very comfortable. The pool was nice, however, I don't like the foam parties or loud entertainment.

You need to come here! A great resort! The people who work there make it the best! I cannot wait to go back! I enjoyed all the food! The spa is so also so beautiful and relaxing

Such a decline The room service was always cold and there's a $10 charge.Even though it's an all inclusive resort. The water took too long to get hot. The bars closed too early.

Just Brilliant! Genuinely the greatest vacation experience ever! The foam pool party and entertainment team are unbelievable! Dani, Mani, Mitzy, and Melanie are beyond fabulous!! Every single day was the most fun you can have at an all inclusive and the spa is equally brilliant. Food was exquisite and the service was exemplary! You'll love it here!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Caribbean. Definitely NOT a 4 star. Awful experience that meant we left 3 days early. Smelly dismal room, 2 days of no hot water, 1/2 day of no running water, school dinners for lunch, building works in opposite hotel and paint-stripper tasting alcohol. Reported to front desk 4 times and each time told either we will get someone to check it (water and smell issue) and that’s the way it is (drinks/food). Only buffet service is breakfast, otherwise all basic menu a la carte. Hotel deploys eagles to keep seagulls away - unfortunately the eagle got one and ripped it to pieces by the pool in full view of everyone. On checking out early we were asked why so highlighted all the issues and told ok. When asked about the unused marine tax refund I was told it’ll go back onto my card but when I asked for a receipt they quickly decided to give me cash but unfortunately refused to give me the correct amount (short by about 20MXN). In short, avoid.
