As always great time at Valentin Imperial As always it was an amazing time at the resort! I was able to use my loyalty points for an upgrade to Emerald Junior Suite without an hassle. It's a big plus for management at the resort. As always there is a big variety of food. French restaurant L’Alsace is after renovation. It offers a revised menu as well. Managers Jose Luis and Daniel were on the spot and were able to fulfill any additional requests (specific table request, etc.). Chef cook Angel made a special dinner. Everyone at the restaurant is very attentive. Thank you team: Kenya, Matias, Domingo for your excellent service!!! Great staff at the resort: Alfredo, bell boys, beach concierge Abner, Sandra, Alberto, Julio and Benjamin from Spa. DO Visit French restaurant L’Alsace Aromance Spa VIM

7days, 6nights, 2rooms, 4friends This was my 3rd time in 9 years and I'm ready to go back again. We stayed in Bldgs 7 and 4, ate at all the restaurants, had at least 1 drink at every bar, watched the burlesque show, took part in the foam party, listened to the live band, danced along with the DJ and got massages at the spa! The staff and service at EVERY level is wonderful!!! And they somehow manage to keep the entire property impeccable too. And mad love to Dora! Truly, I cannot say enough good things about all my experiences at this resort. Stop thinking about it and GO already! =)

The bar is set and there's no competition in sight! Dear reader, Are you considering a trip to Mexicos famed All-inclusive resorts and not wanting the "Spring Break" crowd? Well, the Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya is, in our opinion, the premiere, most luxurious resort in Mexico. 1st, it is not a time share property. So your time is spent how you want to spend it! From the elegant 5star restaurants or breakfats/lunch buffets or if you prefer to the casual dining of Mar E Terra, your taste bud's are in for a delightful experience. The staff, many whom speak multiple languages are always friendly and very helpful (like Enrique, one of our favorite escort cart drivers always remembered our names). And I would be rude if I left out the GoTeam with their upbeat activities and constant ability to "Go". VAMENOS! Bull riding, volleyball, aerobics, fun games and competitions! Of out multiple trips to the Cancun/Riviera Maya area, this was our 2nd stay at the Valentin and we will find I difficult to find another property that can compete! We did have one issue, that was quickly and easily resolved with an unavoidable A/C issue, but other than that, our stay was a treat every day we woke up. Also, make sure to try room service, as it's as good as the restaurant dinning! OH and the pool food trucks and coffee shop are amazing too! From the staff at check-in, to the pool, the restaurants to the bars, housekeeping to the grounds maintenance folks, this resort sets the bar world-wide! As for the rooms, all of them are excellent. From the silvers to the Goldens, emeralds to the suites, there is no wrong choice for whatever your budget may be. Our ONLY COMPLAINT was that at the end of our stay, we had to leave. Thank Dora, Enrique, Salvador and all your awesome coworkers! I know after I post this there will be things I think about that I missed, like the Churro guy, AWESOME!

Happy honeymooners! Absolutely loved our stay at Valentin Imperial Maya. Staff were very welcoming and would do anything to help. Rooms are lovely - we had a junior golden suite which was perfect with a balcony over looking the golden pool. Plenty of space and massive bathroom! Bed was very comfy! Food - plenty of choice with the various restaurants on site. Very good with allergies as well - asked when we arrived each night and then the waiters also double checked and advised where necessary. Our favourite was Ginger - the Japanese restaurant - food was great! The hibachi is a must. There are a surf and turf, Mexican, French, Italian and Indonesian restaurants as well. My only issue would be having to wear trousers/long pants to dinner - I get having a dress code but in the heat surely dressy shorts would suffice. The cafe is great with a wide range of coffees and ice creams. Entertainment - each night has entertainment which is very enjoyable, from Mexican themed nights, Michael Jackson tributes to burlesque nights and circus nights. Band every night and then a dj. Bars - sports bar, cocktail bar, cigar bar and plenty of others. Pools - two pools - a main, lively pool with music and entertainment and a quieter pool for those just wanting to chill. Kevin - a massive iguana _- keep an eye out for him! The beach is nice. Would definitely recommend. Lots of guests who were returners which is always a good sign. Not sure how beneficial the privilege package is. We didn’t do it but it does seem to let you book the restaurants otherwise you may have to wait. We only had to wait one night - which we were happy to do. It will also let you reserve a cabana near the pool - but not necessarily by the pool.
