Worst Hilton experience ever This is the worst Hilton Garden Inn I've ever stayed in. The rooms are shabby and staff is is incompetent. We were granted a late checkout and then were charged a half-day rate for late check out. The supervisor we dealt with was extremely rude. On top of that, we didn't get the Diamond food and beverage credit. However, It was applied after we notified them. The entire experience was awful. Still, all in all, beware of this Hilton property. The manager is out to scam you. One plus -- the guest laundry is great.

They screwed up our room assignments We booked two rooms, one for us and one for the kids. I called the hotel ahead of time to make sure that the two rooms would be close together. A friendly person assured me that they'd be next to one another. We arrived to find that they were on two different floors, and there was no way to change them. We were offered a complementary breakfast voucher in exchange. One of the two floors was in the middle of renovations — the hallway was uncarpeted and smelled very strongly of paint. Not sure why you'd do that in the middle of August, rather than in the off-season when you can keep the floor mostly empty. Everyone was perfectly nice but it's not a very well-managed place.

Great Experience! Hilton Garden Inn was delightful. The rooms and hotel itself were well appointed, clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated that it was quiet. They also offered a breakfast buffet that was a good take! Most of all, I'd like to give kudos to the front staff Catherine and Lauren. Catherine was a wealth of knowledge and gave great recommendations for dining options as well as things to do in the area! We've done our fair share of traveling (both in the US and abroad) and having a representative who was so genuinely accommodating to our specific tourist requests was simply wonderful!

Easy access to Cape Cod and Historical Sites! Very nice hotel! I am currently sitting in my room at the Hilton Garden Inn, Plymouth. Check-in was a breeze - I was able to check-in and select my room using the Hilton app on my phone. Unfortunately, I could not get the Digital Key to work on my door, but I had stopped by the front desk to get an IRL key card. We parked in an EV Charging spot to charge. The app for the charging (AmpUp??) didn't work, but I was able to scan my credit card to get it started. I am a bit concerned, but when I checked online, it seems that the rates are reasonable, but the charge is VERY SLOW. I just plugged in and left it. We had some documents to print and noticed they head a business center (printer) but it was not working. Merissa, the host behind the desk, offered to print them out herself and bring them to our room (very nice!). Breakfast is NOT complimentary (We are kind of used to it being included) but was so good (other than the oatmeal - runny - very runny - like watery) I figured there was a charge. Our waiter (Sprague) was so nice and helpful, it was worth it! My wife felt ill and returned to the room. He brought out a to-go container, included plastic utensils, and we added a blueberry muffin to bring to our room for when she felt better. Location is good - easy to get to Cape Cod and good restaurants around. The room is very nice, clean, modern. Not a lot of room to hang clothes in the closet. Nice sized fridge and it has a microwave and K-cup coffee machine. The room came with two bottles of water (complimentary) and there is fresh coffee and hot water available in the lobby along with a lot of sundries and snack items and a small bar! Great hotel! I highly recommend!
