Red Lion Hotel Pocatello

This place is a wreck, skip it. This Hotel either needs to be torn down or undergo a major renovation. Let's start with the good, which won't take long. The rooms are not that bad. The hotel itself has a lot going for it. The facilities could be nice there's certainly plenty of room. Everything is EXTREMELY run down. Filthy carpets, broken everything including Ice machines, doors, windows furniture etc. The absolute bare minimum is being done to keep thus place open, the owners should be ashamed. I don't know much about the Red Lion franchise except they must not care about their facilities.

Great place for famlies. Older hotel that has been remodeled. Two story building with narrow,carpeted stairs the edges of which are not clearly marked. Stairs to 2d floor only--no elevators. Older guests might want to ask for a first floor room. Clean and comfortable rooms. Direct TV service. As with many hotels, maintenance can be a problem--one of two sinks in bathroom was slow draining and shower converter had a leak--both minor issues that reflect on maintenance. Great place for families with its indoor pool and exercise room. Good morning breakfast in large and spacious room.

Worst hotel ever and got a suite!! Me and my wife came here for a nice romantic weekend without kids to go to lava hot springs. Friday night wasn't as bad as Saturday the room wasn't very clean we got the suite for $200 a night and the jacuzzi tub was dirty with hair and dirt and behind the bed was trash and a bunch of dust everywhere in the room on shelving and everything also the TV in the living room doesn't work at all and the shower head is all messed up with calcium build-up. The room is pretty dated for that amount of money a night we could have gotten a airbnb for even cheaper. And then coming to Saturday night turns out they rent out there banquet rooms for receptions witch is normal but they blasted there music till close to midnight and the best rooms r right next to them. We called the front desk at 10pm asking if they could have them please turn it down so we could sleep it was literally shaking our walls and the lady said that they have it rented till midnight and the managment said they can play there music till then there is nothing they can do about it. If they had even informed me of that when checking in I would not have stayed here. On top of that the pool closes at 10pm for that reason so that guests can sleep and it is quiet hours. If I was to blast my music in my room until midnight I wonder if I would have gotten the same treatment and been able to party till midnight why not I paid for one of the 2 biggest suites they have lol. Anyways will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I also have video I will be posting to show anyone who does want to stay here aware. We will see in the morning if I get a refund or not. Please don't stay here u will regret it!!!!

Nice but could use some touch ups. The staff was friendly and the hotel it's self is nice but it could use some upgrades like new paint and a new carpet. The location of the pool is very nice. It almost looks like it's outside. Breakfast is from 6-9 so be up early, but I did like that check out is at noon.

Set to the classic song “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” sung by the Tokens Whee! please read my treep-advisor from my weekend spent away We fleed up fifteen for pocatello and so we stayed we went to rent a room intent no camping tent we confident our money spent was cheap not lent but we lament the room rack rent not represent a food segment yet we consent hotel well meant to that extent misrepresent my review vent it seems we went to go bundle, but yet i bungled breakfast includes with night yet i grumble no continental at this location site We had to go eat breakfast away (money we spent money forwent with tax percent misrepresent) (a bargain went a nonevent free meal event our hopes descent) We thought it was free but so we paid (no discontent building cement the fundament it underwent) (secure not bent like circus tent our stay extent the night we spent) Near the village, the Poky village Red lion sleep tonight Near the college, two point three milage red lion distance site We brought suits to swim the night away (a whee we went to swim and yet did not forget from the outset) (the inn it let us swim and yet the water wet large pool you bet) We soaked in jacuzzi during stay (also low set kiddie pool get a towelette from stand don’t fret) (the hot tub met a good asset its small but wet and had a jet) plush everything, appears housekeeping, i lay on bed tonight Hush my card thing, adheres, my door clings, fly by on maids in sight (up up) I woke up, washed and brushed, one o-three mid day wee hee hee- (alarm clock set no need to get wake up call yet woke up no sweat) (refreshed mindset i felt reset only regret wish i knew yet) -eeeeeeeed late check out stay (no free breakfast but i regress no cigarette not sure bout pets) (at this inn yet i left no debt the price it left me happy yet) returned key to the checkout she no extra fee we pay we agree to leave flee marquee in glee we pull away
